It's great fast charger and easy to use and doesn't take much room

Definintely works with my Note 5 but very disappointed in the amount of time it takes to charge. Convenient? Yes. Fast? No. Even tried it without the case and there is no difference in time. Easily takes twice the time as a wired connection. So, if you are looking for convenience, it's a go. If you are looking for a charger that is as fast as a wired connection, think again.

Picked this up to alleviate my kids destroying another phone. They have a bad habit and just yanking the charge cord out when it's plugged in and over time, destroys the phones ability to charge from the port. This pad charges my wifes Galaxy S8+ from 20ish to full in about an hour. Not bad at all.

This is the best Samsung charger yet!!! It does not over heat phone

The wireless charging pad works very well. It extends the life of the usb port and makes charging the phone even more convenient. The pad sold by amazon is a certified samsung product. If there are any issues, amazon and samsung's customer service will be happy to resolve them. The one issue I had was my phone did not automatically have the option to fast charge. (Settings --> Device maintenance --> Battery --> Advanced Settings) Therefore, the phone would only wireless charge normally. However, when I plugged the pad into the original wall adapter that came with my phone (not the ones that came with the pad), it started fast charging and the option was then available. It then became able to continue fast charging after switching the wall adapter to the one that came with the pad. Cosmetically the pad looks the price you paid for it. It has similar aesthetics to the black samsung phones. My only gripe is that the cable and wall adapter is not the same color as the pad and it stands out.

We bought this after being disappointed with the Insignia brand charger. This Samsung charger does not emit the high pitched beeping like the Insignia (Best Buy brand, I believe). Be aware, it will not charge as quickly as a cord, much less a quick charge wall/corded charger, but it is significantly faster than the Insignia wireless one we tried.

Charges phone well. Works perfect with a Case on it. (Galaxy S9+)

I have never used a wireless charger until I got a new phone that was wireless charging ready. I then purchased this charger. I will never go back to a cord again. It is so nice to just set the phone down to charge and it charges fast. Lights up so you know it’s working. Constant blue light means charging, blinking means not charging, green light it’s done. Good price.

I keep one on my work desk, 1 on my nightstand and 1 in my car, much easier than plugging in your phone. Only downside is it doesn't charge a TAB-E

I love my fast charger! A convenient and easy way to put a quick or full charge on my phone without the hassle of finding my charger cord. It charges my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active through an add on - hard shell case with ease. **Note- If there is ANY metal on the case it will not let the charger function and connect to your phone! I found that there is a "sweet spot" on my phone where it needs to be placed to get connected for charging. This isn't the chargers fault. The phone has a small area for the charger to wirelessly connect to enable charge mode. I found the area on my phone by trying it in different locations. Then I borrowed some neon yellow nail polish from my daughter and put a dot on the charger & my phone case to line them up when I charge. Solved the guessing game of trying to find the right spot and the blinking blue ring... Anyway it works great! Fully charges really quickly and off I go. No issues, no complaints and fast and easy to set up & use. Love this wireless charger.. I should have bought 2!

Not sure if it is user error, but lights start blinking in middle of night.

I bought this for my wife because her original Samsung cable would not always connect and charge her phone. It was very frustrating for her to wake up to a dead phone. This has worked flawlessly, other than having to purchase a new phone case. The first one blocked the wireless connection. I bought a second one at the same time for my son. He has had no problems with his case or the charger.

This is a nice device to easily charge your phone without having to plug it to a wall. Just gotta be careful not to move it too much while it's charging or it will stop charging. The biggest con for this item is that you really can't use your phone while it's charging, for that you are better off using a regular charger.
