Works real good... charge my phone with no issues works with Otter box defender

Picked this up to alleviate my kids destroying another phone. They have a bad habit and just yanking the charge cord out when it's plugged in and over time, destroys the phones ability to charge from the port. This pad charges my wifes Galaxy S8+ from 20ish to full in about an hour. Not bad at all.

This is a nice device to easily charge your phone without having to plug it to a wall. Just gotta be careful not to move it too much while it's charging or it will stop charging. The biggest con for this item is that you really can't use your phone while it's charging, for that you are better off using a regular charger.

I bought this for my wife because her original Samsung cable would not always connect and charge her phone. It was very frustrating for her to wake up to a dead phone. This has worked flawlessly, other than having to purchase a new phone case. The first one blocked the wireless connection. I bought a second one at the same time for my son. He has had no problems with his case or the charger.

I keep one on my work desk, 1 on my nightstand and 1 in my car, much easier than plugging in your phone. Only downside is it doesn't charge a TAB-E

I have never used a wireless charger until I got a new phone that was wireless charging ready. I then purchased this charger. I will never go back to a cord again. It is so nice to just set the phone down to charge and it charges fast. Lights up so you know it’s working. Constant blue light means charging, blinking means not charging, green light it’s done. Good price.

This thing is GREAT. My wife has chronically had issue with chargers for years. Either the cats shew them, she breaks or looses them or she ruins the phone input because she just jams the connector in. She loves it. Its flawless thus far and sooooooo SIMPLE it hurts! No more Honey my phone don't charge, Honey the Cat ate my wire. Honey I need a new phone cuz I jacked my port. THANK YOU!

This charger works pretty well except the stupid popsocket interferes with the connection. While you can remove half of the popsocket to supposedly allow for a better connection to the charger with the phone case still on, you have to ensure it is positioned JUST RIGHT on the charger otherwise the charger pad blinks blue at you. Since the phone sits on my nightstand and I use it for an alarm, I'm too afraid to charge it without the case because there's a good chance of knocking it off of the nightstand. The whole point of getting this charger is to avoid the "charger cord wears after using it so many times" fiasco. I imagine most of the problem is due to the popsocket which is why I gave it four stars however if you can charge multiple phones (stacked on top of each other) at the same time, why can't it send a strong enough signal through the popsocket base when the popsocket itself is disconnected?

Not sure if it is user error, but lights start blinking in middle of night.

I love my fast charger! A convenient and easy way to put a quick or full charge on my phone without the hassle of finding my charger cord. It charges my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active through an add on - hard shell case with ease. **Note- If there is ANY metal on the case it will not let the charger function and connect to your phone! I found that there is a "sweet spot" on my phone where it needs to be placed to get connected for charging. This isn't the chargers fault. The phone has a small area for the charger to wirelessly connect to enable charge mode. I found the area on my phone by trying it in different locations. Then I borrowed some neon yellow nail polish from my daughter and put a dot on the charger & my phone case to line them up when I charge. Solved the guessing game of trying to find the right spot and the blinking blue ring... Anyway it works great! Fully charges really quickly and off I go. No issues, no complaints and fast and easy to set up & use. Love this wireless charger.. I should have bought 2!

Samsung wireless charger does the job. Place my Note 8 on the pad and starts fast charging right away. Usually takes about 30 minutes to fully charge.
