This charger is great! I love not having to plug in my phone anymore...just lay it down and go! Purchased one for my daughter also. Works perfect!

There seems to be an issue with the new Samsung S8 where the charger will pause before charge reaches 100%.

My husband and I incredibly enjoy our wireless chargers. We keep them at work because when we are home we are often on our phones while they’re charging. We were originally going to buy the wireless chargers on Amazon but, Mark mentioned that they price match with Amazon. After Mark mentioned that, we decided to buy in the store in order to avoid shipping time.

Really like the convenience of not plugging the charger and it charges fast.

This is the family's first docking/wireless charger and we like it. My only complaint is if you don't make sure it is aligned correctly, it will not charge. Of course this is obvious (and should be able to hear the audible charging tone) but I have docked it overnight once or twice and did not end up charged.

Now that Apple has finally brought wireless charging to the iPhone, I was super excited to try it out. Unfortunately, Apple’s own wireless charger mat thing is a total and complete no-show even after a year of patiently waiting. This Samsung charger does everything I want it to and looks good, too. I only wish I had more of them all over the house.

Plug it in and leave it. It stays on my night stand. I lay my phone on it every night when I go to bed so it's always ready to go in the morning. It charges very quickly. Just watch for a second when you place the phone on it to be sure that it is positioned correctly and charging begins. No problems!

Most of us buy nice expensive phone cases to protect our investments. I've yet to find a case that allows me to use this product, and I don't want my phone at risk, even to just charge it. So bottom line, it works, just not for me, so I dont use it. If you have a phone case or plate for magnetic mount, you may not be able to use this. Your mileage may vary though.

The best decision I’ve made is purchasing the Samsung wireless charger. It works so well and charges really fast compared to other brands. I have an Apple iPhone and I use the Samsung charger and it works well. I asked if there was going to be a problem using a Samsung charger for the iPhone and the techs told me it was fine. I am happy with my purchase!

Good charger, works fast, sometimes is a little finicky with phone placement.

I would give it a 5 star rating, But there are times when it doesn't seem to work. You kind of have to move it around for it to start charging. It does work with a phone case on and I have an Otter Box so I was surprised with that. So far about 2 weeks in and its still fast charging. Can't complain.

bought it for hisband christmas gift...i told him if he it dont work good we can return it the next day..He likes it..put it in his work desk and everytime he in his desk he just put it in the pad and it charge wonderful no need to connect the wire..he like the easy access on it
