Not bad at all

While this has happened here and there it's usually only once but for the most part it works every time I put the phone on it. Using an S9+. Happy with the purchase

Won't charge if metal

The phone wouldn't charge wirelessly because of that plate. I eventually had to remove it but other than that no issues.

No connection, no problem

The fast wireless charging pad came to the rescue. Although, it took Samsung 2 weeks to respond to my issue and repair my phone, the charging pad did it job. Unlike, Samsung customer service!!!!

VERY USEFUL AND HELPFUL WIRELESS CHARGER

It seems to me from pastphones the constant use of a cord to charge a cell phone eventually leads to problems were the cord plugs into the phone. Having the cordless charger saves wearon my phones.

The only reason i give it 4 stars is it does seem to be a bit on the slow side even being plugged into the fast charging outlet. But it's nice not having to plug the phone in!

I have two of them, both in rooms I frequent often. It does take longer to fully charge my phone than I expected but the convenience of the pad outweighs the time needed for a full charge.
