2 years of trouble free use. So convenient, so easy lay your phone on it, make sure that the light comes on, and you're charging up. Does not charge up quite as quickly as a direct plug-in, but if you're not in a rush or you're letting it sit overnight it charges up plenty fast enough.

I got this device because I wanted an extra wireless fast charger for my Galaxy S9+. It works as well as the upright version I bought from the cell phone company. And it should since it's from the same manufacturer. If only my Gear S3 would also charge from this device...This charger works just as expected.

The Samsung brand has always been good. This holds true for this product also. Easy to use. Plug it in and your off.

When I first bought it wasn't sure how fast or efficient it would be but to my surprise the product is very good. It is portable and doesn't take up a lot of room when traveling. Seems to charge faster than I expected but think it is still little slower than the fast charger.

No problems with the charging of my Galaxy S8 phone. However if you want to use and charge at the same time, that won't be possible. You would have to use the phone cord. The phone needs to lay flat (backside) on the charger with no cover on.

Yu do have to set your phone on the disk so that it is centered and the edges of the disk light up - once you place the phone on top of the disc, charging is very, very fast. Depending on how low my battery is, I'm out the door fully charged in 5 to 20 minutes. Definitely would like to get another one of these for my desk at work.

I have the wireless charger in my bedroom and had to move it to an area as the light on it is very bright and I like it very dark in my room. However, I do like that as soon as the phone is charged it will stop sending a charge to help with the longevity of the battery. Great device...my wife wishes her Apple had something like this.

Good charger, charges fast (as the name implies)... but it needs to be in the right position. Also, if it is on your nightstand it is very bright when the lights are off at night. Overall though I still give it 4 out of 5, it is Very convenient to not mess with wires anymore.

I'm not exactly sure just HOW it works, but I'm very pleased with it. This will definitely cut down on wear & tear on the usb port, to say the least, and as far as convenience, you can't beat it: I just walk in the door after work, and plunk my S7 down on this gadget, and walk away. No cords, no hassles. Just as easy as pie...

It does not work with the Samsung thicker cases. Seems like this could be fixed.
