It is very convenient and easy to use but is kind of slow. I ended up using a car phone holder that requires a magnet on the back so don't use it at all anymore.i was afraid the magnet would interfere with the charger.

This came with our new Samsung S7 phone and makes charging any of our Samsung phones so easy and fast. It is nice to not have to plug in the tiny plug and just be able to set your phone down and pick it back up especially for my grandparents who have trouble with seeing such small things.

This is a great way to charge your phone. It eliminates the risk of damaging cabled attached to phones. In the past I have also had the ports on the phone damaged but with this method of resting the phone on the charger is much better. I really prefer to use this item to charge my phone

Bought this wireless charger as an extra item to charge my phone and it is a great original product. Glad to purchase it, as this item makes it very easy to charge and no need to have another plug in charger at home.

It charges some what slower than being plugged in but you don't have to fiddle with wires. It would be a perfect score but if the phone is not placed on the pad correctly, it will not charge. This could be caused by my thick Otter Box case.

It works great and is really nice just being able to lay the phone down and have it charge, Samsun S9. You get a solid blue light to indicate it's charging and a green light once it is at 100% charged. It sure beats having to plus and unplug a cable to charge the phone.

Working great so far. Nice to not have to worry about a cord.

I seems you have to have the phone at the perfect spot, and if you have a Otterbox, forget it, have to be very specific. Have another model and you throw it on and no matter where it is on the pad it charges.

I love to be able to place my phone and not worry about any cords! The only thing i noticed is that positioning is key as for placing my phone on this wonderful wireless samsung fast charger! Gotta love the people who think of these great ideas for technolgy. Thank you bestbuy

The wireless charger was one of the best accessories I've ever purchased to support my iPhone!

In order for the phone to charge, it has to be sitting just so on the pad. You can't use it while using the phone at all. Not sure its all its cracked up to be. Would be good if your charging port didn't work.
