This charge puck was purchased to make life more convenient. Instead it became frustrating. It WAS being used with a Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The puck or phone wouldn't pair most of the time. Usually it would take 6 or more placements before the notification showed on the phone screen. I'm not sure if it was a compatibility issue or what the problem was. The Best Buy associate assured me that the charger would work with the phone, so I'm assuming it was a charger issue. It did initially work very well but several weeks later became a problem. It is now someone else's problem.

Got this free with phone and it's nice. Always plug phone in when going to bed and this way not fumble to find charge port on phone. It's a must buy or have. Downside is wished worked with all phones I have

Works with my iPhone 8 through my SP Connect case (also worked with my Otterbox Symmetry). Not the fastest charger, but if you're just sitting at your desk it gets the job done. If you need a quick charge on your iPhone use a lightning cable.

So easy to use with the samsung note 8. Customer made a great recommendation

This charger only costs $5.00 more than a charging cord, so its a no brainer. Works well as long as you get your phone in the sweet spot of the pad. Phone beeps to let you know it has begun charging.

Received a coupon from Best buy for a free cell phone accessory . Having a wireless charging pad at home works wonder. Picked up a 2nd unit for work. Has been as convenient as home. Thou I wish the upright model was available for the offer.

This charger is great. I don't have to take my phone out of the case to charge it which is nice because most cords don't fit in the charger hole in the case. Only problem is that it is very bright at night.

It's great that you don't have to plug in your phone all the time. Only some quirks with it "kicking" in the charging because of the case I have (I guess). But it works great once I figured out I needed to see the "blue" light come on to know it was charging.

Thought this charger would eliminate hassle of plugging in every time. instead charger so sensitive I have to keep looking for sweetspot before it starts charging. my galaxy edge 7 has otter box for protection so possibly this could be the problem?

Great wireless charging pad. Opened it up, plugged it in and tossed my Galaxy S7 Edge on and it started fast charging. Even through my thick protective case, the charger works flawlessly! So convenient and no more hassle of connecting usb cords.

I first had an aftermarket wireless charger which was always a pain to find the "sweet spot" to start charging. With this charger it starts right away and charges twice as fast as the other one, also with the built in fan the charger and phone stay cool.

It does the job but they need to remove the word fast from the description. Tried with my S6, S8, and Note 8 all were equally moderate with the charging speed as compared to a direct wall plug

The wireless charger makes it much easier to charge the S8 when you don't always want to have a huge cord attached to your phone. I am able to just leave it on the charger whenever I need to, and the phone is easy to take off and go when I want to go.

This is a really neat and convenient charger since you do not have to plug the phone in. It is not a fast charger though, so we still prefer the cord option unless we are charging our phones overnight.

Was looking for just a regular fast charging plug with usb and they were oit of stock. Stumbled upon this item and it qorks perfectly. I have it on my nightstand and its so convenient to just set the phone on the pad with out fiddling woth a cord. Would buy it again

Works as advertised. Fast chargers without having to plug in phone. It is night and day better then the free one I received with Samsung 6. Not that plugging my phone in was a big deal just easier to lay it down and know it is fast charging,

Bought this charging pad for use with my Samsung S9 phone. Looks and works great. Charges fast too. Exactly what I wanted in a charging pad. Plus I trust the Samsung brand as opposed to other generic brands of chargers.

The charger works great, but the placement of the phone on the pad has to be pretty exact. I have woken up several morning with the charge light on the pad illuminated, but the phone uncharged.
