I give this a 3 star review because most the time it doesn't work. I have to try over and over again to get my phone to charge on it (samsung note 10+). When I finally get it to charge, it works well. For all the hassle, I no longer use it.

Being in the business field, phone is always ringing, easy to just pick it up rather than plug and unplug it.

I have no complaints so far. It just simply does what it’s supposed to do. Put your compatibile device on the wireless charger and it will begin to charge it. However, the wireless charger is not lightning fast. You won’t go from 5% too 100% battery life within 30minutes or so like some wireless chargers. It’ll take about 1 1/2 hours, or so for your device too fully charge.

Easy to use and super convenient. Saves wear and tear on the phone's jack. Just place it on the disk and the phone charges.

This is such a great charger. It is nice not to have to keep plugging in my phone. It charges super fast.

Works well but you have to constantly make sure the phone is perfectly on it to charge.

Love this charger. Its works as described. If you want to make things a little simpler and faster, then this can help. Nice buy.

Works great with my case on s6 edge, doesn't always work with a Otterbox on the note 5

cordless, flat and easy to use phone charger. Much easier to use than the stand up type. Quick to charge.

Excellent product and fast charge however you have to place it on the charger correctly.

This item worked great on both iPhone X and Samsung Note 8 nice to have one device to charge both phones.

Was recommended by salesperson and it does not work well with iPhone or maybe the case interferes with the charging.

Charger works as intended as long as phone does not have a thick case on it.

I love that I am not having to constantly use plug. It is a fast charge as well. Wish Tablets were able to charge this way.

I thought buying samsung product to charge samsung phone would be best. But this has not worked as expected. Charging takes longer and the phone keeps on beeping while charging. It is convenient to leave to phone on it and charge. That is the plus.

It's convenient but it has to sit just right on the base. It fits well if overnight.
