It says fast charger but using the plug on the phone seems to be quicker, that's my only knock against it. I like that I don't have to worry about accidentally wearing out the charging port on the phone and it's very convenient to just pick up and go.

Does the job

I refuse to give it 5 stars not knowing for how long it will work...since the phone itself stopped working properly as soon as it was out of warranty. The phone was over $800, basically the cost of an descent computer...you would think Samsung could at least make it work for two years.
