This product doesn't charge my galaxy s7 very fast (3 stars for that)but way cheaper than buying a new phone when your charging port gets messed up. Usable out of the box. Just plug it in, sit phone face up on it, adjust until light comes on. Nothing to download or install.

This is a good way of charging the phone at home. It works as well as the plug-in charger for us, but we don't have to put any wear and tear on the pins in the charger connection on the phone. We have tried it with two different cases on our phones, and it works easily through either one without having to remove the case before charging. It also finds the "sweet spot" for charging without any fuss about placement. Highly recommend this product.

Wireless chargers tend to put some strain on your battery, so you should consider a genuine Samsung charger for your Samsung Galaxy phones.
