I bought this for my new Galaxy 7 phone, so I wouldn't have to plug in my phone every time I wanted to charge my phone. I am very happy with it, it is so convenient to just set your phone on the charger.

This charger works well through most phone cases but not all. Very fast charging!

Charges my galaxy s7 very quickly. Avoids damage to charge port which I hadon't a problem work in the past. Also convenient with waterproof case since you don't need to open the door to charge when in the case.

I picked up my Samsung Fast Charge Wireless Charger on August 8 and I am throughly blown away by it! I have had none of the issues mentioned in previous reviews. I have a Samsung S8 and the fast charging light shows up as soon as I put the phone on the charger. Positioning the phone on the charger required minimal effort and I have not had any overheating issues I keep the charger plugged in (I assume that's ok) and when my phone needs charging, the charger is ready and available. I purchased the Samsung fast charging wireless charger online when the cable to my wall charger needed to be replaced. I am extremely pleased with the wireless charger and I would recommend it to anyone who is on the fence about purchasing it. I wish I had bought it sooner!

The phone must be directly centered over the wireless charger for it to work. If it is bumped even remotely, it can disconnect and stop charging. This has caused me to have to bring the charger with me on several occassions to charge my phone during the day because it failed to charge at night. The other issue I have noted is that it sometimes fails to recognize my phone when its inside its secondary case. This requires me to remove it from the case when charging. Not a big deal but not something I had planned for when purchasing the item. It does charge quickly when connected and saved me from having to find an authorized repair place to fix the mini-usb plug on my phone.

I am pleased with how quickly the charging is completed. Very easy to use.

I like this charger and it is convenient to just set the phone on there instead of having to plug it in. But a couple times I thought it was charging and it really wasn't. I came back to check my phone an hour later and it hadn't charged at all. So make sure the charging actually starts before walking away.
