I like the idea of not going through another usb cord because it always bends and eventually breaks, but sometimes it doesn't even charge my phone. Also, you don't have the opportunity to use your phone while it's laying onto of this charger. I mean you can, but you'd have to use your phone like a little tablet not holding it.

I had lost the original charger that came with my phone. This was the perfect replacement.

It worked perfectly for a week. I really needed this because my charger port no longer works. After one week, I placed it, per usual, on the pad, and the blue LED started blinking. I saw that meant the charging was paused. I tried many different things (unplugging, different socket, different phone placement on the pad, etc). I finally took my phone cover off and that helped. The next day, same issues, even with phone cover off. I googled this blinking light phenomenon and saw that lots of people had this problem and there was no real solution out there. Apparently it does this when your phone isn't compatible? But my phone is! Anyway, I'm super frustrated. I even bought another from bestbuy.com and the same thing. Currently, after many different phone placements, a voodoo chant, and a rain dance, it's working but i know i'm going to experience the blinking again. If anyone has any advise, please let me know.
