You must place the phone squarely in center to excite the charging. It comes with a power adapter (not all quick chargers do), but the charging cord has a micro-USB connection into the charger. Since many Samsung (and other) phones are coming with a USB-C connections, it would be perfect if this had a USB-C connection.
