Slow to charge, doesn't charge phone with the case on. Have to position the phone on the sweet spot or it will not charge.

charger is very easy to use. plug it in an just put your phone on top and you're good to go. The only drawback I see is that it does not charge really that fast, maybe the phone is on it's case.

It works great when it does but it constantly blinks and you keep having to adjust your phone so it will charge, even without the case. Most of the time, we go back to the slower way and plug our phones up because it is too much of a pain.

This is the only review you will need to read. Unlike many people who post reviews, I base my reviews purely on if the product works as it is intended to. All of the complaints regarding the lights, the color, the length of the cord, and other aesthetic related complaints are trivial in my mind. This item gets a 3-star because it worked excellent with no issues for my iPhone 8 for 1 year and 1 month. Then it stopped working completely. I got it on sale for $19.99 so who can complain about that price? But even at $19.99, I would expect it to work for at least a couple of years, right?

This charger is finicky with placement of phone on charger. At least 50% of time does not charge without repositioning. Love it when it works.

I have sum trouble sum times with it actually charging my phone. But I guess this is an issue that's not new at all based on forums. U just have to look at every few mins to make sure its actually charging. Otherwise. Works perfectly.

Charging time is not bad but it's finicky about the placement. It often aborts charging if the phone is not placed just right. Quite annoying. My phone is a Samsung S9.

This fast charger is great to use cuz you dont have to plug anything in. Samsung always makes great products. The only thing with this is if ur in a rush to charge ur phones ita not gonna work for you cuz it prolly take twice as long to charge up with a normal cable. But other then that i love this charger.

I like having it, it's super cute and it does charge my phone great. But there is nothing fast about it. Its faster to use a cord. But since I have it, I utilize it at night.

This charger works well. Nice not to have to plug phone up. The only draw back is you have to be sure phone is positioned correctly or it doesn't charge. You must be sure it is charging before walking away. Minor precaution.

Love the wireless charger, but the only thing i would ask for a change is the charger has a light indicator (Nice) but at night it can be kind of distracting while i try to sleep. I could always move the charger, but like to have it bedside

It's a cool device and I was excited to get it. The drawback is it won't charge through my Note 5's thick case, so i have to remove it to use it, which kind of defeats the purpose. It does work through the case of my son's Edge 7 which is thinner.

It works sometimes. It will pause charging suddenly and I'll have to pick phone up off the charger for several seconds and place it back down again to begin charging again. I feel I have to constantly check to see if it's still charging.

I love the wireless charging. Convenient and simple. No need to mess with plugging the phone into a cord. Comes in handy when retiring for bed. Only thing is I have a thicker phone case that I need to take off in order to charge.

kind of big and clunky. wireless charging works, but isn't as fast as USB-C. won't charge my phone through a pretty thin rubber case (have to take the case off every time to use the charger).

This charger is very convenient in the fact that you don't have to connect any wires from it to your phone...and if a call comes in, you just grab it off the charger and go...not more fiddling with unplugging your phone first. Great Item!

This is a convenient way to charge. I do have to take my Samsung S8 out of its case to charge, but that's because I have a pop socket on the back of the case. Doesn't charge lightening fast compared to other chargers, but it gets the job done. very happy with my purchase.

This charger works well most of the time. We have otter box Defender series phone protectors and it has to be positioned just so or it won't charge

The phone must be placed on the charger EXACTLY in the center of the charge or it will NOT charge. Sometimes this requires adjusting the phone several time until it charges.

I gave this product 4 stars because sometimes it charges my phone very slowly depending on how the phone is placed on the charger, but to be fair it could be the case my phone is in.....it says it compatible with wireless charging .
