Best buy provided speedy delivery. Their website is very user friendly and I was able to purchase this spur of the moment bday gift last minute and still get it to the person on time! Very impressed. Never had a bad experience at or with Best Buy, great store.

It does what its supposed to do. You have to make sure the phone is placed properly so it starts charging but other than that no problems. Also the lights on the charger pad are very bright. So if its by your bed, its a little annoying

I have my Samsung S8+ in a commuter Otter box and if it is not exactly on the center of the charger, it won't charge, but it flashes to let you know it needs to be adjusted. Works really well without a case, but I just leave mine one and make sure its on there and have no issues.

Charges quickly, But does not charge through my phone case so any convenience in negated from having to pry my phone out of its case, It is just as easy to plug the phone in.

The charger works just fine - I've got no issues with that. Its a couple of quirks that really knock the rating down in my eyes. 1) If you have a case around your phone that maybe is a bit thicker or bulky, you could have problems. I had to remove the phone from my case before it would charge; even laying the phone face-down (while in the case) didn't help. If the phone has to come out of the case each time to charge, then you're just better off plugging in. 2) Cosmetically, the charger itself is black, but for some reason the power cable is white, and really isn't that much longer than a regular charger's cable. So you're pretty much tied to being close to an outlet anyways.

This "Fast Charger" isn't quite as fast as I would like it for my Samsung S6 but it does the job. It is very handy to just set the phone down on it while watching TV and then when you are ready to do something else your phone has a full charge.

Charger works great, but difficult to use in a bedroom if you like dark- it’s got super bright LEDs that don’t turn off, ever. Other than that it’s a good charger, so if bright LEDs don’t bother you, it’s a good purchase.

This works great for my iPhone every once in a while it doesn’t recognize my phone so you have to remove the phone and put it back down but once it’s charging it stays working.

Placement is critical or the blinking blue light occurs and the device will not charge. Also has issues with the casemate waterfall not charging at all. Suspect the water and the glitter in the case cause interference.

I've had this about a month, overall great product. I would keep my USB charger, just in case. It won't charge my S7 if the battery is completely depleted. Also, you have to place it perfectly on the pad otherwise it won't charge.

I already own this charger, and it works great. I purchased additional units as Christmas gifts. I was surprised to discover white cords are being packaged with black chargers. My existing charger has a matching cord.

My problem with this product if you don't place the phone on it just right your phone won't get charged. I found it easier to just plug it in and know when I come back it will be charged.

I love this Samsung wireless charger. It works great with my phone. It's fast and so easy to use. What I like the best about it is that it stops charging when the battery reaches a full charge eliminating overcharging and shortening the life of the battery versus a plug-in charger.

Extremely easy and awesome product. Only one thing that worried me was aweird humming noise it does when it is being used. Have not found the cause or if its normal.

Like the look of the system but would like for it to charge the Iphone watch. I do not use it as I am putting a magnetic holder on the back of the phone which will not allow the system to charge the phone. Without the magnetic devise on the phone it would be a great way to charge.

This product does work, however the placement of the phone requires a certain location. If the phone Isn’t in a exact location it won’t charge. Annoying at times to find.

I bought this charger for my wife. Sometimes it works great, but sometimes it doesn't charge at all. A simple disconnect and reconnect does the trick. Would be nice if it worked all the time.

Convenient way to charge your phone, but having a thick OtterBox case, you have to position it just right for it to charge correctly. Will often stop charging randomly as well.

Works well, sometimes. Sometimes it will charge, but it won't "fast charge". Says it will charge through a case, but sometimes I have to take it off to work. When it works, though, it works great. Otherwise, I should've stuck with just a cord.

My charger sometimes doesn't work. It will make the noise that it is charging, then it turns off. I have to make sure the sound that it makes to turn on comes on for it to charge.Had a couple nights where it did not charge.
