You have to lay it exact on the pad or it will not charge the phone. Sometimes it seems that it is charging slower than the wall charger. If u don't like to pull the plug in and out of your phone you will love it...

Feels cheap, hard to get my phone to connect even after removing the case. Charges well but is almost more of a pain for me than to just plug my phone in

Works well and does a good job charging the phone. Sometimes you have to recenter the phone since it stops charging. You can't charge it in your bedroom at night since it lights up like a night light.

Unfortunately this did NOT work on my S8 with it's Otterbox Defender case on. The blue light would flash, but no charging took place. It is possible I just wasn't doing it correctly as there were absolutely NO instructions that told you how to use it, what the different flashing lights mean, or anything else, other than how to hook it to the microSD cord. Someone else said it worked with the case on and that is why I bought it. But that was not the case for me.

This newer version has a brighter light which makes it easier to see when the unit is charging. Works with a phone case. May need adjustment to find the center for charging.

I used to own one of the generic low wattage wireless chargers, and it took a very long time for my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 to charge. Now with the new Samsung charger, my phone charges from 0 to 100 % in less than one hour. Love it!!!!

Works exactly as intended, charge my Samsung Note 8 with it. Only warning I give is that the blue light illuminating while charging is quite bright if you charge it at night, does not bother me while sleeping, but my wife hates how bright it is.

I pick up these Samsung Fast chargers for our office environment. All the staff members on the new iphones or more recent androids that support wireless charging love them. They charge your phone fully really fast and are so convenient. Love them!

I really like this wireless fast charger. I like that I can just place my phone on it and charges right away. The only difference I noticed is the wireless charger is a slower charge than plugging in the phone. But it works

Got this for my wife's Galaxy S8. Works just fine with the phone in an otter box case. Don't let the package saying it has a micro USB cord throw you... that just plugs into the charger itself and your phone lays on top of the charger. Fine product.

Works great for wireless charging the iPhone 8. The only flaw I can see is related to the size of the power block and when used on a nightstand requires some extra space behind your furniture.

Charges fast and wireless but the lights are bright and the fan is loud so not good for your nightstand... Light does not go off while or after charging

Frustrated with usb cables constantly going out and possibly damaging the phones charging port, I purchased this. This is a game changer. No longer have to worry about breaking the cable due to connecting/disconnecting. Just drop on the pad and done.

This is a great solid charger works with our iPhone 11 and iPhone XR we don't even need to remove our cases to get good charging time.My only gripe is that the AC cable is white and it doesn't match the black charger.

This charger is awesome, I always have issues with cords coming apart I love that this won’t happen on this charger. It’s easy to tell the phone is charging because it lights up. Just wish it worked with a pop socket on the back of my phone

This charger is easy to set up and charges my phone faster than my wall charger. In terms of convenience, I love having it, especially for travel. The only downside is that sometimes if it is not properly positioned, it will not begin to charge.

The 1st charge was quite fast, thereafter its a toss-up of how long it takes to receive a charge. one overnight only gave me 61% charge

If you have a fiance or girlfriend that is constantly in danger of breaking her phone no matter what you do this is probably the product for you. since acquiring this ingenious simple tool my fiance has not broken her phone or even dropped it. WIN!!

Love this charger now I can hide the cord from my puppy so he won't eat it and can charge my phone in a convenient place. However if you get a black one it gives you a white cord to plug it in..... if I knew that I would've gotten a white one so it matched.

This charger really charges the Samsung 8S and Note 8 Cell phones very quickly. When it says "lightning" fast charge they mean it. We are planning to buy another charger for the bedroom. I wish Samsung would make tablet chargers like this one.
