When I lay my phone on the charger it seems like it is connected and charging at first. Sometimes when I check on it later I realize that it hasn't been charging at all and it is blinking. There is too much of a delay when the blinking starts to tell you that it isn't charging which wastes time when you think you are charging your phone the whole time.

Great for the office or night stand. Sometimes it does fail to start charging or charges at a trickle if not placed centered it seems. Takes about 2 hours to charge

Worth the extra money over the standard charger. It's a little larger so it leaves a slightly bigger footprint but it's hardly an issue. Not quite as fast as being plugged into the fast charging, but close.

I was skeptical at first with the whole wireless charging idea. But once you use it you wonder how you ever did without it. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE ONE THAT SAYS "FAST CHARGE" UNDER SAMSUNG or IT WILL NOT FAST CHARGE!

It charges quickly, but often I will think it's charging when it's just sitting there. Could be a user error

Bought for someone with cerebral palsy. He broke the phone charging port because of the difficulty he had inserting the charging cord. He thought he needed a new phone. This works perfect. Much appreciated.

Good quality and works well. Still not as fast as charging with the standard wall charger, but often more convenient.

This is a great charger but you have to lay your phone on it just right or you will miss the connection.

I use this with the iPhone X and it is great as I do not have plug my phone in when I’m going to bed but rather just lay it down on this pad. It feels very high quality and not cheap at all

My phone stopped charging with the cable so I bought this charger until a replacement phone arrived. This charger works well but my cord charger is still faster.

Easy to use but not easy if you have pop socket, which regular case must be removed completely.

It seems that some of the time it charges fully and other times it only gets to 90% and stops. It is also slower than the regular fast charging chord.

Does what is intended but the cost is much more than generic branded wireless chargers. It does have an integrated fan which other chargers do not include.

The down on this is the size. I needed this more for when I am out and cant charge my phone on an outlet so carring this around I would prefer something smaller.

Overall it's pretty good but i didn't realize it worked on only one side. Also, the fan will occasionally turn on and be extremely loud. Imagine old time tube tv buzzing

It's not fast. My phone only reached 96% after hours. My expectation was that it could be used when not connected to an outlet but it doesn't seem to do so.

Takes a little longer than a normal charge but it gets the job done. Easy to just plop it down and grab and go without worry of messing up a cord or plug

The Best Buy representative recommended this product for me and I am totally stoked that he did. I love the fact that I just set my phone on top of this charger and it charges overnight... it's an awesome thing

I got this charger for free when i purchase a new Samsung. I have to admit, this charger is so helpful and great. I have placed on my nightstand, next to my bed.
