Phone must be centered on the base to charge. I've gotten up in the morning only to find the phone didn't charge because it was off centered.

Wireless charger looks good and working fine. Charging is so slow when compared with normal charger.

I have a galaxy s7. My charger was damaged and thankfully I found this. It comes with the micro SD fast charger. The wireless fast charger, Not so fast. Which is fine, I just wanted the charger.

I would like to the Item charge up and then be able to use it wIthaca out having g to have an account plug into it...it would be more portable and Ezr to use

This charger works well but a little slow. It is hard to say much negative about a Best Buy promotion where you get the item for free though.

This charger works just fine but you have to take the case off your phone for it to work so that is a downfall I did not anticipate when I bought it.

I like it, but don't depend on it to charge your phone fast. I keep mine in the living room so all I have to do is sit it on the charger while watching tv

It is nice not having to plug my phone in to charge it but the charging is a little slow. Luckily, there is very little heat build-up unlike previous models.

Prefer this model to the standup one. On a couple occasions, it would not charge my phone. Phone must be placed a particular way to charge.

Use it with iphone xr. Charging is not as fast using Apple’s wired charger But is certainly worth for what i paid for.

Phone has to be on the pad just right for it to charge. Blue status light stays on and it’s annoying at night

I love this for charging my Samsung galaxy phone. The only thing is it doesn't charge my husbands LG phone which is why I bought it to begin with.

It's good but not great. It's slower than other wireless chargers, and you better double check the phone placement or it may not charge.

The phone has to be in correct spot it's vet picky and it seems like it should charge a bit faster to be a fast charger.

The ability to just lay the phone on the pad and not physically connect to it with the cable is great but it does take longer to charge the phone so just be aware. For convenience, this is a great add on.

I have the stand up quick charge model at work - the flat lying model - even though it indicates quick charge does not work as well. Will be returning

It seems to work fine most of the time but I have noticed you have to put your phone on it just right and wait for the charging sound or it does not charge.

Awesome charger! The only bad thing is you almost have to sit it certain ways for it to charge correctly. Once you get use to it, it becomes second nature to you.

Good charger, and steady under my 8+. I did add a small piece of black electrical tape over the center of the blue LED which leaves a nice quiet glow underneath the phone while charging.

It's pretty good, except it is not as good as a fast charger with cable, but it gets the job done, especially if you sit and stand quite often
