I bought it for my husband he likes it, his only issue is having to take the case off of his phone every time otherwise it takes longer to charge.

The first unit I purchased fast charged for almost 3 weeks then charged slow. I returned the unit to Best Buy to exchange only to find out it has a two week in store warranty and I needed to contact Samsung. Samsung requested I send the unit back for a replacement which I did. Almost two weeks later I received a replacement unit which did not fast charge out of the box. I spent an extra $20.00 for the fast charge over the standard charge. Wasted money. First Samsung product I purchased that disappointed me. If you unplug the unit from the charging pad and plug in direct to the phone it will fast charge but that defeats the purpose of purchasing the wireless charger.

I purchased this for convenience and the shared charging location in our home, unfortunately, it will not charge the phone with a popsocket on it. With a case, it works perfectly, however I do not think it charges any faster than it being plugged in, which was okay for me. The not being able to use with the popsocket was very dissappointing, even trying to turn the phone over on the screen and charge does not work either; so i cannot use this.

I have used it 2 times and seems to work okay. The only issue is making sure it's places correctly to charge.

I just thouthougthouthoughthouthougthouthought this would be faster i feel my phone took longer to charge then the regular plug would not recommend if u are looking for a fast charge.

Only complaint is that it doesn't work with my case on (brand is Encased) but it did work with my husband's iPhone 8 with an OtterBox on it.

To and Samsung by far is the best brand of all elecktronicks on the market I wouldn't have anything other than a Samsung I highly recommend Samsung to everyone out there it's a no brainer

If your phone has a case, (which I believe all phones should) it may be difficult to get the right spot to charge. Other than that It works perfectly.

I keep a magnetic case on my phone for use with a magnetic wallet. So it wouldn't charge with the case on. Otherwise it is a great oroduct.

Works with my brand new galaxy S8. Takes longer than normal charging but at least it works. Very quiet, if there's a fan in there I've never heard it.

Good product. Use it daily. Wish it could charge a bit faster but it is still a great product.

Does what it should. Doesn't seem as fast as a regular wired fast charger. Would spend full price. Wait until it's on sale

I like this wireless charger because its big....if you have a Note 8 or an iPhone Plus it fits pretty nicely on this base. Charges pretty quickly and was a great price, could not beat it.

I like it but when I bought it I ask if it charged with the case on it and was told yes. It does not! I have to take it off to charge it.

Upgraded our samsung S5s. Lots of improvements. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the new devices and which accessories would work best for us. This is a great feature.

It's very easy to use and convenient. Even my younger kid can put my phone on charge for me now!

Although it does what it advertises, it does take it an additional and considerable amount of time to charge if you have a case on ur phone.

No more torn and tattered USB cords from me trying to text when phone is charging. If I need super fast charge I plug the USB directly into my phone. Love it

Small, compact, and charges quickly. Best if used with a phone that does not have a case, however. Its not strong enough a wireless "signal" to get through the Otterbox Symmetry case reliably;
