The charger works well. The only issue is it doesn't seem to always stay connected to my phone, I think because of the Otterbox case.

Charges phone more conveniently, but have to set the phone on there just right for it to work. Could be related to my case though

I have a non fast charging one that works perfectly with my case but this exact same looking one that is fast charge does not work

This is a good, small, portable charger. It came free as part of a promo when we bought the phone. I would probably buy another if needed.

This is convenient but if you don't place it on there just right it will start blinking and the phone gets really warm while charging.

It was good, but gave me some problems after a short use. It could have been due to my case, but it was advice that I could use it with a case.

This is a great way too [ charge a cell phone the device has to be plugged into a power outlet with a charger that normally goes to the phone but the phone just rests on the charger

It works. Only complaint is if the s9+ is sitting a little off then the charger will cycle connection about every second.

This charger is so useful and efficient. It allows me to remain handsfree and accomplish so so much without worrying about wires.

This product does perform as stated, however sometimes it takes a long time for the phone to recognize it. I have to move the phone over the device several times before the light turns on and the phone indicates charging. On 2 occasions I placed the phone without waiting to insure the charging had started, and returned only to find my phone not charged.

This gives new meaning to "falling into bed." It sits on my nightstand and I can just plop my phone down in the dark and not have to fiddle with charging cords. Highly recommended.

My charger works great, I’ve had zero issues. As soon as I set my phone on it, it starts charging. Haven’t had to maneuver it to sit just right or anything

I am so happy this works with iPhone 8. It also has a built in fan for cooling. But I’m not sure if it really is fast charging

Although I'm not convinced that the "fast" wireless charger is faster than the regular wireless charger, i love this product! No more fumbling to finesse a tiny plug into a tiny recess.

I have Note 8 and I works great with it. It charges slower when i have it in the phone's protective cover. I like it anyway. Very practical for me placing it on my desk.

With our without the phone having a case, there is definitely a "Hotspot" for getting the pad to charge the phone. Then there's the problem of not charging the phone to 100%. Put the phone on making sure it's chatting, leave for an hour or two, come back and the phone is only at 73% and there's no indication the phone is charging (i.e. the battery icon doesn't have a lightening bolt on it). It does charge fast, however, when it works.

It may be because of the phone case, but charges quickly when connected.

Quick charge and very easy to use. Only thing is when I had it on my nightstand the indicator light was very bright. I think this is problem that can be solved easily.

This product works well 95% of the time. However, the phone must be placed in exactly the right place for full charging to complete.

U have to do a delicate balancing act to get a gs8 to work on this thing. Must be perfect or it will start charging then 30 seconds later start flashing and disconnect from charging. Not cool when your at 10% and go to bed and your phone is dead in the morning. I-phone has no problem on it though works fine. Also this is a regular charger so 2 hours not the fast charger that's an hour.
