If I hadn't gotten this item for free, I would have returned it. I was excited when Best Buy sent me an offer for a free cell phone accessory and this was on the list. This Samsung charger should be perfect for my Galaxy S8. Wrong. It won't charge my S8. Ironically, it charges my wife's iPhone X just fine.

I have a protective case on my phone that covers the charging port. With this I don't have to worry about trying to peel back the cover to plug in the charging cable.

It works well with the Galaxy S7 and the Microsoft 950, but doesn't always fast charge. Even though it says "fast charging."

It takes 2 hours for my S7 to go from no charge to full charge on the wireless pad. Another cool feature is the LED lights which change to green upon complete charge.

Great for overnight charging, but if you're trying to get a fast charge use your regular plug in that came with the phone

Charger is ok. I have a an otter box that I use and I have to make sure my phone is on it perfect to charge.

Be sure to get a phone case that is compatible with the wireless charger. I found out the hard way that not all are.

I purchased this charger because my charger input was not working and I did not want to pay for repair it. So I bought this wireless charger and it work just as good.

Got this thinking it would at least charge as fast as the power cord, instead it charges a lot slower than when I have it plugged in. Although I do have an OtterBox on the phone but that shouldn't affect it much seeing that it's just rubber and plastic. I guess it could be convenient because you just drop your phone on it, but I find myself wanting to use my phone while it's charging.

I bought this charger for my son-in-law for Christmas. He really likes it. My daughter said she wants to get one so they will both have there own.

Thought I try the wireless charger experience; good concept but nowhere near perfect. It works and does the job.

Nice to have. Just set the phone down and let it charge. No worries about damaging the charging port.

I am not sure it is a quick charge but is super convenient to just put the phone on to charge in its case while you are busy for a half an hour or so.

My boyfriend broke the plug in charger on his phone so we had to buy him one that where you could just leave the phone on it and not use the plug and this was awesome

This charger is a bit expensive, but it's so nice not to have to plug into the wall and the phone every day or so. If you have $50, it's well worth it IMO.

Really convenient to charge phone overnight. Charges a little slower than a hardwired charger, but that is to be expected.

If you are looking for reliability look no further. It's not the fastest charger but it's so convient to just pickup and go.

It is a good charger and works most of the times, however the phone needs to be centered correctly else it does not charge.

It charges great. It also tracks you. If you are ok with that, then a good buy.
