Would not buy

I liked the idea of not having to plug it in each night, instead just place it on top and done. Although on my phone it did say "Fast Charging" and everything was placed correctly according to the instructions and YouTube videos, it did not fast charge. Usually takes hour maybe hour and a half to fully charge or close to before I go to work. An hour went by and not even 30% was charged. Plugged it into the wall charger and within 30 mins. it was already 50-65% charged. I would not waste my money on wireless chargers.

This didn't work so well for us

They didn't have the replacement in stock in the store, so they had it mailed to our home free of charge. We were happy with the customer service we received. Now that we've received the replacement, though, I'm very happy with it. It's so much easier than plugging my phone into the wall every day.

Very slow, used when i dont care about battery

But either my light doesnt work or someone told me wrong. I only use this if I do not care if my phone is charging or not. Iphone x charges VERY slow on this so do not purchase if you need a wireless charger to charge your phone when you are rushing. This is the only wireless charger I own, but it seems to be kind of spotty when detecting if my battery is close enough to the middle of the pad for charging. I usually try to aim for the bottom of my phone to be closest to the middle.
