I have a hard time charging phones sometimes it doesn't charge at all. You have to move it around a fine a solid charge and park which is aggravating it is not right it will not charge

Works fine. Slightly slower charge than using the cable that comes with my S7 Edge. Takes roughly 2 hours 15 minutes but nice to just set it on the wireless charger when you go to bed.

The Samsung fast charge wireless charger seem to be a great idea for my needs but it would not work. Its charged the first time but would then go into a pause. Could not get it to work properly.

I'm not too surprised that it isn't as fast as a wall charger, it gets the job done. Only complaint is that sometimes setting my phone down doesn't activate charging unless I set it down just right.

Looked good in the box and worked well. But, after using it for a day I found that it didn't work well for me. Maybe it will work well for you. Best Buy was very accommodating in handling the return.

I've had no problems with this charging my s7 edge.

Samsung product's are the best in market..no match

You have to place the phone just right or you will wake up with a dead battery. Doesn’t work well with a protective case either. Easier to just plug the phone in.

Its ok wireless charging has always been slow. if samsung can figure out to speed it up in their next gen of wireless chargers id give it 5 stars

i was told this would work with iphone 8 with a case on, but it didn't. I didn't bother to try without since I need a charger to work with one.

This does charge okay if the phone is not in a case. It is not as fast as a plug in, but it does charge. I tend not to use it, as I have to take the case off each time.

I am not to happy with this purchase. You have to put your phone on the base a certain way so it will charge! Several times I layed my phone on the charger and came back it wasn't charged.

I ended up returning this because it didnt not charge my phone. I left my phone on it all day and it only went from 10 to 35% charged. I purchased another brand and it worked just fine.

A little faster charge but no that much. Do really like how it "connects" phone to charger without having to move around all the time to get it started.

This charger is a waste of money if you have the s8 and above or a Gear S3. It says Fast wireless charging but then again it charges almost as if there were no fast charging capabilities.

At first I thought wireless charging was an unnecessary luxury...but I really like not having to deal with plugging in cords....Just wish it wasn't so finicky on precise phone placement.

This only works if there is no case on your phone. I have a very thin case and it still does not charge. Have to take the case off to charge, which is inconvenient

I don't really see the point to this charger since it has to be plugged in to charge. It came free with my phone purchase, but if I would've spent money on it I would've been a little disappointed.

Returned to the store, only works with new phones, our Apple 8 and Samsung, both under 2 years, would not charge. If you own a new phone, it works fine, we tried it in the store.
