I’ve placed my iPhone X on this to charge over night only to find at in the morning that it didn’t charge at all. It’s hit or miss. Also the blue charging light is very bright at night.

Apple doesn’t have their own so had to settle for this one. Sometimes the phone doesn’t start charging when placed on charger. I have to move it around a few times and then it will start.

Weird, one by my bed, set it down and it charges. New one on my desk has to be placed exactly or stops charging. Replaced and same problem

I loved this charger at first but after a few weeks it seemed I could never place the phone in the right spot to charge phone. Now it's a paper weight.

If you miss the spot, you cannot charge. It does not happen ofter, but it did two times for 3 months. If I have a choice, I will buy something else

It charges like a normal charger. It is NOT a fast charge. It takes 2-3 hours for even a partial charge. (Yes we removed the phone case before placing it on the charger)

I bought this for my wife and sadly to say it does not work as a fast charger for a Note 8... from what they told me none of those rap it Chargers that are based work with no dates

This charger seemed to work well at first but now it is not as efficient. Some nights the phone does not charge. This may be due to not having the phone centered. I will continue to use it.

I use it for my Samsung Note 8 as an extra charger. My phone has to be placed just perfect or it stops charging after a few seconds. Definitely works better without a case on.

Unfortunately I couldn’t use this with my iPhone. I ended up giving it to a friend. It works great for them. They could have made it clearer what phones were compatible.

Well it charges well but i didnt know that it required a rapid adaptor for this device itself to charge rapidly. I dont really see the difference between the adaptor wall plug and this one.

The charger is very convenient, but many times I have to remove my otterbox cover to get it to charge. Sometimes if the phone isn't put on the charger just right it doesn't connect.

The wireless charging seems to be fickle. No know fixes for it to work 100% of the time. It also occasionally makes a fan humming noise so if it is near your bed it might be too loud

I give this product 3 stars because of it keeping on disconnecting from my phone or pausing the charge. sometimes it will do great and then sometimes you want to throw it out the window.

The charger is fine but your phone has to be out of the case. It works but doesn't go as quickly as you'd think and if your phone isnt placed perfectly on it, it won't charge.

After charging the phone (if you get it on the charger perfectly) the charger does not maintain the charge like if it is plugged in resulting in a partially charged phone in the morning.

This is a decent wireless charger but this would not charge fast. I got this for free from best buy free coupon offer. So cant complain much but I would not purchase it for 50$.

My phone has a hand hold piece on the back so this charger doesn't always recognize the charge. So, it starts to charge and then a few minutes later will stop charging. Very frustrating.

I am not satisfied with this purchase and charger does not stay charging, it charges then it doesn't charge. Do not waste your money on this product stick with the old school charger

I have had problems with my phone staying on the charging part. I've had to make sure my phone is on the pad just right. If they made the charging surface bigger I would rate it better.
