I purchased this wireless charger in hopes I wouldn't have to plug my phone any more. But sadly I had to return it. You have to align your phone perfectly in the middle for it to catch. I saw a video that said it would work through an otter box, but it would not. I guess I will stick with just plugging my phone in. Some people might have better luck with it than me.

I used as directed, no phone case or anything in between the phone and charger placed on a night stand. It takes twice as much ti charge even with the fast charge feature on. Over heats often and it stops charging within minutes of putting phone on it. Phone is no older than a few months and no issues so I know it's not the phone.

The charger needs to be connected to the wire. The only wireless thing is that you need not connect the phone using a cable. Would have loved if it was like a wireless power bank

When bought this for my Galaxy S7 because it was a Samsung product. What I didn't see it the notation that it was for selected Galaxy phones. What the write up on the website didn't have was a list of those select phones and as I found out the Galaxy S7 was not one of them. In fact, as the box suggested it was for earlier models of the Galaxy phone, not even the S5. More information would have prevented me from making a purchase only to return it later. There was no problem with the return, only an inconvenience.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 that I use this charging device for and it works pretty well, but I would prefer to just use my Samsung phone charger that came with the phone.

We ordered 2 of these and tried them with an S9+ and Note 9. Both phones are in Otterboxes. If you find that specific sweet spot, it will charge just fine, but the whole point of this charger I think is so you can lay it on there and go. I dont know if its because the phones are in Otterboxes or not. I returned these to the store.

Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. This is obviously unacceptable. You don't want to set it on there and roll the dice on whether it's going to be charged the next morning.

It works nice in the first few weeks but lately I'm having trouble with it. It won't charge at times and I have to adjust it before it charges but it is still functional though.

If you have a hard case otter box it is very difficult to get the charge just right and I have had many nights where it stopped charging. Without the otter box it charges perfectly.

Charger is ok but has to be placed a certain way in or for phone to actually charge at time. Have woken up and phone not charged after laying on charging pad all night.

I bought this charging because i was under the impression it was a fast charger. It took 1hr and 45 mins to to fully charge the phone. I guess it’s cool the phone charges.

But, charges a lot slower then expected. Somtimes it says it's charging but it is not. This could be an issue with my Samsung 8 or the charger, but I can't give this 5 stars.

Unit doesn't work with a phone case, requiring taking the phone out to use the charger. It also doesn't charge any faster than the adapter and cord provided with the Galaxy S8+

i thought this "wireless" charger would be neat and more practical. It is NOT wireless since how the dock itself has to have a charger cord connected lol. The dock does not self-charge and honestly i found out it comes with a fast charger cord and wall plug, but the phone charges faster through the cord instead of the dock? kinda pointless, just more steps. Oh and the best part is the phone has to be strategically placed on the dock for it to start charging? Cool idea but better off just buying the normal cord and wall plug!

The product did work, but my expectations, based on a conversation with the sales person, was that it was chargeable, but also once charged could be portable without the need for a cable.

I loved this when I first got it, but stopped using it because my phone wouldn’t charge over night on it. It only works if you lay your phone a certain way on it.

To be a fast charger it has to charge fast. Before I purchased this wireless charger I asked the Samsung tech at Bestbuy would this wireless charger work with my S7, hiso reply was yes...Will it still charge fast with my S7 even though my phone isn't listed as a compatible mobile device? His answer, again, was YES. Simply put, this wireless charger does not charge the S7 in a fast manner. In fact, using the cable & wall charger, that came with the wireless charger, doesn't charge fast either...it's labeled as a fast charger...I'm not happy

I question the fact if it is a fast charger. I have the same wireless charger that is not a fast charger and they both take the same amount of time to charge. I have a S8 phone.

I love the convenience of this but this morning when I placed my phone on it, it didn't charge at all after over an hour. Hopefully, it'll work when I try again later.

Love the fact that I can just place my phone down and it can charge. It does have it downsides where the phone has to be placed in a certain position or it will not work.
