I wanted to like it, otter box defender on phone makes it hard to find just the right spot to get connection. Will stop charging note 8 after a few minutes without warning.

I couldn't wait to get and use this item. I was so disappointed with it ....when I placed the phone on the disc I had to play around with the placement till it hit the sweet spot. It would sometimes charge and when it did would take up to 15 + hours and still not complete the job. The cable that came with my phone is super fast. I returned this item.

I bought this for the convenience of the wireless charge. My samsung 8 + doesn't charge as fast as it says when placed in. I will rather by a fast wired charger.

The item works great if you have your device on it just right. It won’t charge well through an otter box case. It is frustrating to have to take that case off and on.

Kinda disappointed. It’s pretty small and you have to get your phone in the right spot for it to charge. Haven’t used it since the first few days of buying it

I had to return this today I believe I got the wrong wireless charging for my phone since I have a s9 plus ,so I got the correct wireless charger today so wish me luck

I like being able to just lay down my phone to charge, however this charger can be very picky about the placement on the pad it has to be exact or it will not charge

You have to make sure the phone is placed on the charger in the correct position. If the phone is not on charger correctly it will not charge. Also, only will work with certain phones.

Does just what it says it will do. The fan is very quiet, the blue and green lights are quite bright on my nightstand at night, I cover the phone and charger with a piece of black felt.

This was a good buy but not our bet that’s for sure we don’t actually use them anymore and if u didn’t put the phone on it just right it didn’t charge so ya..

It charges very slowly... I just unplugged it and plug my phone directly to the charger. It charges much faster! Will return.

I have the samsung note. It's difficult to charge. It requires a lot of resetting of position to get it to start charging and then it stops charging half the time.

Although it does the job, it doesn't charge as fast and I didn't like that it doesn't dock upright. We ended up exchanging this for the other one with docking capability.

Have issue with it charging phone. Don't know if the phone or the charger. My son and I have the same phone s8 plus and charger same issue. Play with the placement works good.

Prong broke in phone, so I needed a charger, it's ok, I'm thankful I have something to charge my phone with. It's sensitive, so if you don't put it on the right spot or inadvertently bump it a little bit, it's not going to charge. Depending on where you plug it in at it may not charge as well as the traditional fast adaptive charger, I've taken it to school and work and it didn't charge as well as the wire fast adaptive charger. If your prong isn't broken, and you can deal with the traditional fast charger I wouldn't waste your money.

Bought this after upgrading to S8. I put the phone on the charging pad and went to bed. It only charged the phone to 38%. It never fully charged the phone. I returned it.

The only issue is sometimes it will not charge if you do not center it. Example, at night when you're tired you're trying to center it can be a little frustrating.

The charger didn't seem to be as fast as what I thought it should be. I tried it for a few weeks and returned it. Cost to much for how long it takes to do a "quick" Charge.

My charger burned out - could have been the surge protector but the other two plugs were fine. It is covered under warranty but my dipped out after 2 months :/

So definitely isnt a fast charger my phone does better on it regular charger that this but I was going to bed and charging my phone this would be great
