The charging pad is touchy. It's made for Samsung phones. Unfortunately the USB cord doesn't fit into a Samsung 8. I can't charge directly if the pad isn't working.

It's supposed to be a fast charger but it didn't charge my phone fast and since using it my battery life seems to have lowered and my phone cuts off if it's at 20% now.

Solid charger but I bought it as the best option they had.....would not recommend. It is tricky at times to find the right place or it goes into weak charge mode.

Stopped working within a few months. On top of the short lifespan, the surface is too sensitive. If the phone isn't in just the right spot, it will not charge.

Not too found of this charger. Seems to loose the connection and when you think your phone is charging all night, you wake up to a half drained battery.

That this with my new Samsung phone not impressed charges very slowly. I would not recommend purchasing this I got it free with free with phone .

I sometimes have to keep placing my phone on the charger for it to register and start to charge. Not sure if it is because i have a case on my phone or if it is the carger

I would put my phone on the charge just right, because it does need positioning correctly, and it would show charging. But then i would go back and it had stopped.

I love being able to place my phone on top of the charger... but it takes longer to charge than when connected directly with the cable. Convenience may not be worth the price

When it goes on the pad, it sounds off that it's charging and the blue light comes on, however, sometimes during the night, it stops charging and I don't have any battery life.

I love that there are no words to break or tangle, but It dies not charge as fast. It essentially adds on 40 minutes. I think I will stick to my cords

Purchased new. Galaxy S8 Plus gets VERY HOT. Also takes longer than corded charger even though placed correctly on it.

Doesn't charge as fast as I had hoped for, phone charges faster plugging in directly. Only good for overnight charging.

Idk how i feel about it just yet. I mean it works and all. But after about a week the wireless charger wont charge anymore and i just use the plug that it comes with.

If you are looking for a convenient charger for overnight charging, this will work just fine. However, if you're looking for a quick charge, this charger is not ideal.

It's okay but it needs more flexibility in just laying the phone and charge, it doesn't do that. You have to play with the charger for the phone to charge. Needs improvement

I place my S8+ down on the charger, the screen flashes, and the red charging light comes on. I come back in a couple of minutes and it has stopped charging. I am slightly off what must be the only correct position. Sometimes, I have to move the phone around to find that perfect spot because it won't start charging.

THis is the first wireless charging device or phone i've owned. It seems to do ok, but it is a bit picky about orientation, so i do have to police that occassionally.

I honestly expected something better but is the same as the other chargers i have. Ive been told that it charges faster then with a regular charging cable but its not truth.

Charger works great - no all phones are compatable. Check to make sure your phone will work with this charger before purchasing.
