Love the concept but does not charge the phone if you use an otterbox or thick case, decided to return since I'm not taking my case off everytime i need a charge.

Its not bad. Its charges good enough but not fast enough in my opinion. Only good is you dont have to worry about messing your phone plugging in chargers

This fast charger does't seem to be much faster than the regular wireless charger. Maybe it's my case. Enjoy the convenience of just plopping it down at night though.

The idea and concept is great but the fast charge function is less than fast in my opinion. The charge function takes longer to charge than if you plug it into the wall cord.

My only complaint with this product is the LED light as I keep it next to my nightstand and do not like light. I went and bought some white electrical tape to cover it up

Works great for Samsung phones, given that phone cases are removed. The LED light is too bright at night to be used on a nightstand. A bit disappointing.

bought two of these. Worked for about a week and stopped. Phone did an update and now it will not charge. Called Samsung and they don't know why it's not working

Was somewhat forced to get the wireless charger after having to replace my first Galaxy S8 due to issues with USB charging port and the standard charger provided.

I purchased this thinking it would be easier to charge my phone but it was kind of a hassle. At times I would have to take my case off because it would't charge my phone and lets face it everyone has a case on the phone so there I got taking it off. Then if you don't place it right it won't charge, and it you move it by mistake it will won't charge.. Maybe it was just my phone but I would not buy this again.

You still have to have it plugged into something so I feel like you might as well have a cable that is already there and not have a disc also.

This items worked good when I first purchased it, then sometimes it would charge and other times it wouldn't. Tried different phones and the same thing.

Unable to charge my phone easily with a cord, so this was a necessary purchase. Works well & definitely less frustrating. Would be even better with a faster charge

It does not charge faster than a regular device charger. It' s just the same. Do not spend a little more $$$; you will get just the same thing as any other less expensive.

Yes the idea that you can just set your phone down and it charges is pretty neat but if you are like me I charge my phone on my bedside table. This charger emits a bright blue light while charging your phone which can be quite distracting when you are trying to go to sleep. Also if your phone is almost dead but you still need to do something on your phone it is almost impossible to do so while keeping the phone on the wireless charger. Honestly just get a cable charger. Less hassle.

I purchased it for the Note 9, but it charges a lot slower than having it plugged in. Fortunately I can use the fast charger adapter with a cable.

First, it's not technically wireless because you have to plug it in. Second, it doesn't charge very fast like a normal wireless ac adapter does.

Phone was on wireless charger over night, was very warm next morning. Not sure if it continues to charge after 100%. More information needed, but not provided.

Before I purchased this, I asked an employee if it'll work with a Otterbox case, and they said yes. Well it barely does, but without a case, it charges pretty fast.

The charger works but its way slower than just plugging your phone in. sometimes it stops charging without warning. I'll wake up with my phone almost dead.
