Bought this for my son's smartphone....didn't know that you have to remove Otter case for charger to work.....still use charger cord to recharge phone.

I purchased the Samsung wireless flat charger to use with me S8 and S8+ and it works as advertised with a light on the bottom to display charging status too.

Charges wireless but not too fast. I thought i can charge without having to wait long but it takes more then an hour to charge fully.

Works very well but you can't just put you just can't lay your phone on it and walk away with out checking that it is making good contact to charge the phone.

Charges well. Only issue is that I'm using a glaze s7(not edge) and after I charge my phone my home button won't work.. I have to restart it on order for it to work...

Concept was great. Application not so great. The positioning must be exact, if not you could wake up thinking your ready to go only to find a dead phone.

This just takes to long to charge cell phone. It also does not come with it on charging cords needed. You must use your own cellular cord to attach to charging unit.

Worked great for the first two months, and the convenience is great; but then the third month charging capability has decreased dramatically. I put the phone on the charger when I get to work at 6 am, and sparingly us it and by around noon it will have only charged the phone roughly 20%. The phone is not in a case and is directly on the charging pad the phone is also only 6 months old and charges great on the standard Apple charging cable. The charging pad is also significantly slower to recognize the phone is on the pad, and it is very particular on where the phone sits on the pad to actually start charging. When I first received the charger the Iphone could be set almost anyway on the pad and it would charge just fine, and fast. Longevity with this wireless charger is not there, and it is not worth the money.

Slower than normal plug in charger . Must sit just right or will not charge Rather use plug in not worth money

My first experience with a wireless charger . Even though I have an apple phone the Best Buy guy suggested this product... so far no complaints.

This charging stand was nice, but the phone had to be laid a certain way to keep charging. The standup charger is better.

Works well for overnight charges, just be sure it's on correctly. Does not charge when phone is in the thicker cases, so that's a pain taking it out each night.

It may serve a purpose for few but I did not like waking up to a phone that was not charged because it wasn't set on the device just right.

Not really as fast charging my wire charger is faster and it's good when you put the phone done to sleep but when you take it off constantly it's not really the best

I do like this charger, but the phone has to be placed just right in order for it to charge. I've woken up a few times to a phone with only 30% battery life.

WORKS WELL BUT IS VERY PICKY WHERE YOU LAY IT ON THE CHARGER IT KEEPS POPPING OFF AND PAUSING CHARGING UNLESS YOU LAY THE CHARGER IN THE RIGHT SPOT

The Samsung charger works well with my Galaxy S7 but not very well with my Note 5. I was told the case may be too thick for it to reach a connection.

I constantly get the dreaded blinking blue light showing it is NOT charging my iPhone 8 Plus. I've used Anker Qi chargers without any issues before. Best Buy was awesome when returning the first unit because I thought it was defective, but the second one was the same. If I find the "sweet spot" it will charge, but it takes a while to find. You should be able to just put your phone on it and have it charge. I hope others have better luck than me.

Wireless is nice. Charges my Galaxy S8+ much more slowly than my wired chargers. Checked settings, no issue there. Bad value, especially for the price.

This charger base hardly works on either an s5 or a Note 5. The only way to get it to work is align the right side of the phones so that they are perpendicular to the charger plug and lay it right side down first. OK, now do that over and over AND over everytime you want to charge! ANY other way and it won't charge.
