I don't know if this specific product was a dud or not, but it would not consistently charge my phone. It would turn off after about 10 minutes...

I purchased three of these on the same day when we upgraded our phones. Something that is so simple ended up being so complicated and often results in the phone not charging and lights flashing indicating that it is not working. We tried without a case,with a case, we move them around. I would say if it was just me then okay, but this is three separate people using three separate devices and we're not technologically deficient. Good luck with yours.

Somewhat disappointed it does not charge through my wallet case which is the primary. If I take the case off it works fine.

I bought 2 of these items. One of them works great. no issues. The other I can not get it to work. Im going to have to return the item for a new one.

We tried this for a few days and it had to be lined up a certain way to work. It often stopped charging.

The but is because the charger will not work unless I remove my galaxy S 8+ from its case. Therein lies my mixed feelings about the device.

I had high expectations for this product but unfortunately, the wireless charge is no different than the standard charge, not fast charge

Works with the Samsung G7 including through my Spex case, but it is finicky and must be placed just right or the charging will not operate properly.

Trying to save your cord, isn't worth the frustration or money! Takes too long to charge anything!! & it gets hot!

This would be great if you don't have a pop socket on the back of your phone. I can't get it to charge with the pop socket on there.

I just didn't find Qi all that useful. The odds of placing the phone in just the right spot....I gave up on it.

We bought this thinking it would fast-charge our Galaxy S6s, but it didn't, only slow charging. We returned it.

Pleasing looks. It works well enough, but doesn't charge as fast as a direct connection. Beware, heavy cases make connecting rather difficult.

The Samsung charger works great. I just feel this is a little too expensive when compared to other products that work just as well for half the price. 

Placement of phone on charger is to critical must be in exactly the right place or does not charge.

This charger takes a very long time to charge my Samsung 7 galaxy. A traditional wire charger is much faster. It's a waste of money to buy this.

Although this is easy to use, it takes more time to recharge a phone than using the plug in charger that comes with the phone.

This is an ok product, but I'm not sure about how fast it charges...I have to search for the 'right' spot to get the phone to charge quickly.

The description on the item said its FAST CHARGE. However, it takes up to about 3 hours to charge, not 50 mins. which is the same thing as charging it with the plug, or perhaps plug is faster. might as well buy the regular wireless charger and save yourself the extra 10-20 dollars. I would still stick with a wireless charger because my phone case has a dust blocker on the charging outlet. So its more convenient to just place my phone with the case on a wireless charger.
