Wireless charging pad is a great concept but it doesn't work all of the time. Sometimes I have to put on several times before it will charge.

If the phone is not properly place on the charging dock, the phone will not charge. The charging time is very slow, needs to be improved.

It takes forever to charge the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 using this wireless charger. Plug in charger is 2-3 times as fast. Don't buy it.

I thought this would be handy but it charges slower than cable and not worth the extra cost to me.

The charger requires the phone to be positioned on it in a particular position or else it won't charge. Otherwise it works well.

I bought this to charge my phone without worry of plugging in as I normally charge my phone. & Although it does charge...& wirelessly... it is not a FAST charge. I assumed it would charge as quick as when I use the cable and wall plug in but, it is a slower charge than that. Not happy especially as much as it cost and it's charging speed is slower than what I was made to believe. I use my wall charger still...it's faster.

I may have gotten a lemon because I prefer charging my phone with the fast charge cord Instead of this device.

Not the biggest fan of this charger. The phone has to be placed in exactly the right spot for it to work

It says it's a fast charger but truthfully it charges so slow and if you don't have it set just right it doesn't catch that it's there.

This charger is good to have around when you can't find your usbc cable. Charge time is about the same as plugging in your phone.

I have so many things on the back of my phone I cannot honestly rate this item.

I have only been able to charge my phone to 100% maybe like 1 or 2 times with the Fast Charge Wireless Charger because it usually disconnects as soon as I get a notification. I would not recommend this product because if you're anything like me and use your phone as an alarm it's pretty scary to wake up late due to a dead phone. I would take it back if I hadn't gotten it for free as part of a promotion.

FAST??? Try 2.5 hours to charge up from 10% remaining battery power. If I plug it in, it's 1.5 hours. Why waste the money and time?

Well I have used this about 4 times and on the third time utilizing it acted as if it didn't want to charge. Not sure about this item.

This charges for max 5 seconds before shutting off. I took back first one and second one had same issue. It will be returned soon.

Stops charging if my phone is bumped just a little bit. But otherwise it is very convenient to have next to my bed.

Used with my Galaxy S9, light came on indicating a charge and within 2 or 3 seconds it starts flashing and the phone says wireless charging paused. I have to take the phone off and place it again only to have the same problem. Finally after half a dozen attempts or so, it stays solid and charges the phone, but not nearly as fast as the wall charger that came with the phone.

I keep my phone in the otterbox defender case and found that it charges the S8 very slow if any when in the case. It can't seem to connect through the case and flashes. I've tried to adjust the location of the phone on the charger with no change in the results. It took overnight to add about 10% to the battery with the case on. This explains why they were giving them away with the phone...gotta clear the inventory somehow.

Difficult to place phone exactly where it needs to be. Takes several tries to get it right. Rapid charging is differently an overstatement

Was sold as a fast charger, salesman quoted 75% charge in 15 minutes. Not true more like 10% charge in 20 minutes. Waste of money
