I never experienced fast charging compare to wall charger, they say it's 1.4x times faster, but i don't think so.

I haven’t mastered the secret to setting the phone on the charger so it works. Get it right sometimes. Charger is slow

Overall the product is good but I have an OTTER Box Defender cover that I believe is slowing the charge down.

Very disappointed being it is a Samsung product it does not stay connected and does not fast charge like it should

Have a Galaxy6...needed new charger. i dont know why they stopped selling it. this charges as slow as knock off ones.

great to leave and not have to worry about tripping over a cord...if that's a concern...works on 8's...through a case...

I love the concept but it takes a long time to charge my phone, I don't know if having a case on the phone slows the process.

So far so good but it's only been 3 days you need to have for one month to see how good it is you can't judge it within 2-3 days

Using with an s7, with a case, so I knew I may have problems. I put the phone on and it starts charging, go back a minute later and the light is flashing, that means it's not charging. It takes about 10 minutes to get it to start charging. The charging coil must be tiny. I put my phone on the wireless charger, in my car, and it charges perfectly.

This charge will charge your phone but takes all day to charge your phone unless you put it in airplane mode .

When I got this with my Galaxy 8+ I thought it would be great. After plugging it in I realized it takes up more room on the nightstand than just having the phone wire. I also have problems with it charging. When I put it down it shows it charging but stops in about a minute. I have an Otterbox case so this may affect it but I have talked to others with the same problem even without the case.

It works when it wants to. You have to have it exactly right or it won’t work. It’s a very picky device.

You have to place the phone on it precisely or it doesn't charge. The next version has a larger sweet spot.

I bought this wireless charger for my boys, but they both have ottorbox phone cases on them and I found that NO wireless charger works with ottorbox phone cases on the phones. You would have to remove the phones from their cases in order to use, and with 2 boys, this is NOT happening. Very disappointed. Not the chargers fault. Issue with charging with cash ON!

Seems like plugging in my phone charges faster than on the pad.. Hard to charge if you have any type of case on the phone

This is just a fair item considering that isn't completely wireless, yes you can charge your phone wireless but the 9W fast charge still gotta be connected to the wall.. I mean than why not better just a charger?... guess for business places or just to call it wireless not much sense on my opinion and I opened more than a month after I bought it

This was a good buy I caught it on sale but had to return because I felt that it took too long to charge

This item took way way too long to charge the phone. I ended up returning it to the store, and buying the original charger.

Doesn't work with a case on it. When take the case off it usually works. Sometimes it just stops charging.
