Sometimes it charges and sometimes it doesn't.It is just easier to plug in - then you know it is really charging.

Wife bought product to charge phones for convenients. Product is slow at charging phones not to happy with it.

If you read my review on phone. It might explain the problems i experienced with Charger. While phone was charging, It would start flashing. If the phone rang or message came thru or for no reason at all. That would stop the charging process. I returned phone, but kept charger to see if it was phone. So far it looks like it was phone but it has only been one day using new phone with charger.

Troubles with charging right out of the box. At first it wouldnt charge at all with flasing green and blue lights.

It takes an incredible amount of time for the phone to charge on this device. It is convenient, but not very efficient!

I really haven't found any advantage to using it. Phone charges fast regardless of method. The wireless charger is bulky.

The battery got very hot while charging. I returned the item before it could damage my phone battery any further.

Worked great at first, then at some point wireless charging stopped working. More than convenience than a need.

So these "fast"chargers only work on specific phones. My charging port broke so I got this, which works but very slowly.

It took 4 hours and 25 minutes to charge my Note 8. It's not fast at all.

We have replaced this twice. The first one the plugged burned up, the second one is no longer charging

If you dont have your phone on it just right it will not charge. Woke up twice to my phone being dead.

Does not give a fast charge. About a 10 minutes difference between a cord and wireless. With cord being faster.

I don't know if it is the phone or charger but Sam samsung need to fix there charging problem with wireless charger

It is an ok product. Would recommend the original that comes with phone. Blue light is really bright

It's ok. Sometimes it doesn't charge when you place on the pad. I have a S7 and I think the senors need to more sensitive.

After seeing how easily my buddy charges his phone on his Belkin wireless charger, I wanted to try it out. I dropped my phone on his charger, and bam. It started charging easily, despite placing my phone in different positions. I purchased two of these Samsung chargers. I figured the Samsung brand would be reliable. HECK NO! It will take a minimum of 4 attempts to get our phones to charge. You wouldn't know right away either. I'll place my phone on a charger "following the manual's directions", and the blue light will light up. Around ten seconds later, the light will begin to flash. IT STOPPED CHARGING. It would take multiple attempts to charge the phone. I just started using the regular charger. Don't waste your money.
