It's very cool but it doesn't charge super fast. Like 3 hours from dead to charge. If not more.

My plug in charger charges faster. I don't even use it because it takes to look good to charge my phone

Really my only complaint is that is won't charge through a case.

I am very disappointed as I must remove the tech case from the phone prior to charging it on the Samsung charger. My previous wireless charger worked great with the case attached. Even when the case is removed from the phone, charging is very slow. Per Best Buy Rep, this charger is suppose to be almost as fast as the plug in charger.

Does not charge correctly with S8 or S9. It looks like it's charging, the lights come on, but within a time which ranges several seconds to several minutes, it stops charging and just blinks instead. First step, google symptoms, lo and behold; the Samsung brand charger has a known issue where it does exactly this. Why would they sell a product with a defect this awful? You place a phone on the charger at night, go to bed, wake up in the morning to find it stopped charging as soon as you weren't watching it.

Overall it works pretty well. However, have woken up to an uncharged phone more than once.

I like that it came with wall charger. But the wireless charger charges much slower.

didn't work, but the others did, I think I just got a bad one. exchanging for the same one

This charger takes a long time to charge or doesn't charge when you have a case on your device.

I was disappointed and returned the product. It did not charge as fast as my hard fast charger.

I got this as a package and it works at times then at times the charger get a error at charging

It is a nice device, but it does not charge fast enough for the new Samsung galaxy S8 and S8+.

Works well with a samsung phone with no case. The otterbox on my s9 is too thick.

This is the second item I've purchased. The first worked great with my Note 5. Now with my Note 9, the device has a tendency to lose connection as indicated by the blinking light. Disconnecting and reconnecting the power tends to temporarily resolve the issue however; for the cost, I should have to worry about this issue.

It is supposed to be a fast charger but doesn't seem to charge all that fast. Still works though.

I like the fact you can just lay your phone on it, but there is nothing fast about this charger.

Really didn't charge my phone well. Ended up returning and buying a fast corded charger.

Sensitive to case thickness, unlike others. Has to be very specific placement to operate.

This is marketed as a fast wireless charger, but this was too slow to my taste.
