Doesn't work with case

This works fine if I remove my case, but doesn't recognize the phone at all if the case is on (relatively thin case). I had another QI charger that was intermittent on connecting with the case on. Thought Samsung would be better, but it's worse.

The girl told me this time of year they didn’t have to. I only went ahead with the purchase because I didn’t have the time to wait next I’ll wrap an IOU.

Not for 63dollars

It's a little testy when it charges and I have woken up to a phone completely dead before even when placed correctly. I'm keeping it as I have no other charging option , but if my port took a charge I wouldn't waste my money on this item

Wait for firmware updates

It worked well for about a week then one night it started to not charge my phone when I placed it down. It would charge for a few seconds then the phone would display that the charging was paused. I returned it after reading about this being a known issue
