Does not effectively charge the phone

My phone can sit for hours with the indicator lite showing and notification that my phone is charging and next hours later the phone is still not completely charged. Attaching the phone directly the outlet is more efficient.

Good concept but doesn't work

Fast Charging Wireless Charger

The case I purchased was expensive and provides great protection. However, in order for this charger to work, the case has to be removed which is more of a hassle for me than using the plug.
