Good product but does not work if you have a case.

Cannot be used on an iPhone with the Apple stock case attached. I don't want to have to take the case off and on each time I need to recharge. I'd much rather like to be able to charge on-the-go, which you can do with a cable.

Wireless charger has to stay plugged in to the wall and your phone has to stay directly on the wireless charger so you can't touch or use it while chargining. I got this for free when I bought my phone, used it twice and probably won't use it again.

So this product did charge my phone , it did not charge it as well as if you just had plugged it into a wall It was really annoying that I had to take my phone case off of my phone every single time I wanted to charge it

This device does not work well. When placing the phone on the base, you have to keep moving it until it line up properly and connect. The charging is super slow, even thou it states fast charging.

I read the reviews before I purchased this, and thought how hard can it be to have it charge the phone.. It isn't as simple as just sitting the phone on top of it. You have to make sure its on just right, or it wont work.

This was offered to me free with my phone but it charges a lot slower than a classic charging set up and it's not really wireless... The charger still has to be plugged in... Just don't get the point, definitely happy I didn't pay for it.

Bought this wireless charger for my Note 5. Worked great for a week, however, then it stopped working. Returned to best buy for a refund. Bought another brand (cheaper) and it works great.

I can't get it to consistently charge no matter what I try. I reboot phone several times, it will flash on the charger, say it's charging then just abruptly stop charging. I've returned one already for the same reason and come to conclusion they are just not worth the effort. Save yourself the headache. Don't waste your money.

Sometimes it charges and sometimes it doesn't.I have a Outer protective cover on it and it seems like that interferes. I have placed the phone on the pad, it reacts like it is charging but when I come down in the morning it didn't charge at all. Frustrating. It is just easier to plug in - then you know it is really charging.

It charges when it wants too, I place it on there and if the charger doesn't pick up the detection of the battery, it starts to blink and doesn't charge, you have to be moving it around so you can get it to charge

This charger was not at all what I thought. I needed a wireless charging port, this is not. Does not connect with phone in protective case. Disappointing to say the least

I bought this when I upgraded to the Galaxy S7. Needless to say I ended up returning it. The device took far too long to charge my phone. The standard wall charger charged much faster.

this is sooooo slow at charging. Sometimes it stops charging in the middle of the night. I have to set it on there and adjust it a few times before it will connect and start to charge. Sorry I bought it and wasted my money.

This Samsung wireless charger does in charge my S8+, BUT if you have a case on your phone like I do(a Otterbox defender) it didn't work as well and it does take a lot longer for a fast charging device. I ended up returning it.

I have a Samsung S6 edge and if it does not set on the charger just right it will not charge. If it gets bumped a littletter when you start charging it stops and your phone does not get charged. I returned this product back for a refund.

I have had problems with this charger from day 1. It very rarely charges, pausing frequently or will not even start to charge. I was told that it would charge even in the case as long as I line the phone up correctly. I hate it.

Charges very slow for a wireless charger. I have the galaxy note 9 and the charger cord that came with the phone charges much faster than the wireless charger. Maybe should invest in a stronger charger..

I was not very impress with the product. I did not like the fact that it kept moving around so I couldn't charge my phone while sleeping. It also did not charge the phone as quickly as a regular charger.
