This should say slow charge on the box. Use it for my iPhone X and I always end up putting my phone on the cord to finish charging. If you have a Galaxy you may have better results but for IPhones stay clear.

Hard to get it to start charging. The lights didn't always come on properly when trying to charge. Don't know if something was wrong with phone or charger, but couldn't get it to work consistently.

This Samsung fast wireless charger doesn’t charge my phone but about 75% overnight. I usually just unplug the chord and plug it directly into my Samsung 7 to get it fully charged. It is anything but fast!

I bought this to serve as a spare phone charger that I could keep upstairs. It charges noticeably slower than most other chargers I've used. I'd recommended paying a little more for a better quality charger.

Was really hoping this brand name wireless charger would work. Had just bought a new lightweight case for galaxy S9 at Best Buy and was told it work with the charger, but very very slow charging.

Received an open-box item and it didn't work, I went to exchange and since they didn't have the same color all they could offer was a refund. If it worked, I'm sure it would be nice to have, but I'll live.

This is a Samsung wireless charger that is compatible with iPhones also. I actually have it to my daughter who has a galaxy s8 because it took it so ungodly long to charge my iPhone X it wasn’t worth it!!

Charging stops leaving phone charge at 30 or 40 %. Placement is difficult to determine. Will be talking back to store for refund. Go back to cord charger

It is a great feature, but unreliable. The phone stop charging because either the phone moved or the table gets bumped and the changing process stopped. It needs a holder to keep the phone in place.

I’m on my second charger at this point. The first one quit working and I had to return it. The second one only works when it wants to and is about to go back as well. They seem to work for about a week

It seems to take longer while on the wireless pod. I let mine charge over night and it still wasn't 100%. Charges way faster by connecting the cable straight to phone.

Got this when I got my galaxy s8 and I was so excited, took it home and It literally worked sometimes, good thing I was on vacation and could see how it worked because I depend on my phone to be charged for a work day. This thing sucks and yes even when it would be charging I would wake up to a half charged phone. And it’s not like it could just slide off the charger. Disappointing.

This was going to be a second charger. Didn't charge the first time and the second time my phone was on it overnight and I only got a 50% charge. If you're going to get one, don't get this one.

Unit stops working after a short period or with phone updates. Issue is related to wall usb/charger cables. 15 pgs of forum discussion with no know fix. Samsumg support is not able to help. Worked for 4 months and now only blinks blue flashes and notification..."Charging paused". Currently using 3rd party cables to make work but charging is slow. Guess this technology has some bugs. :0(

My wife used this for a few months and hated it. She keep leaving in the morning with an uncharged phone. You have to make sure you set it on the charger just right. Faster to plug it in.

It worked great for about 6 months then started acting strange where it would start charging then stop after a few minutes. I tried restarting my phone and it was hit or miss if it would stay charging until the phone reached 100% but more often then not I'd take the phone of the charger at less charge then when I put it on the charger. At least I got it on a sale of the day for $20. Now I'm looking for a replacement that works better then this one because this one is going in the trash!

Not the best phone product charging on my s8 is slow and with a Samsung case doesn't always charge without moving into different locations also can't look at anything while charging or charging will stop

I loved the idea of wireless charging but I keep my phone in a wallet case and it will not charge through that. Since most people use phone cases there is nothing convenient about that. I'd rather use a plug.

Not what I expected for a Samsung product. Charges extremely slow. If you have alot of time to separate from your device to allow it to charge... This is for you. I am Not a fan.

I was impressed & thought it kool, that I not only have a charger but a Fast charge one, until it start to Act-up & kept Flashing, I unplug it, waited for a few minutes, plugged it back in & the same thing happened, I'm now Frustrated & told my Son so, plus to take it back to Best Buy
