honestly doesn't charge fast enough for phone. Takes to long. Would rather use a fast charger for my phone. Or a new up to date wireless charger.

Bought it for my new S10. Never worked consistently, and when it did it didn't charge as fast as advertised or even as fast as when the phone was plugged. Can't tell you how frustrating it was to see it charging for 10 minutes and then the moment my back was turned it would stop and I wouldn't know until 8 hours later when I needed my phone. And then it was a very slow charge so I might as well as used my fast charger on the cord to get a better result. Ended up returning super disappointed.

No issues with the product but we bought this specifically for the galaxy note 7 and and since it was recalled have not been able to use since because it's only compatible with a few phones

I thought it would charge my s7 within 30mins but it took more than an hour and forty-five minutes.nice and convinient but not fast enough for me. Standard charger was faster and alot cheaper.

This charger is very fast, but I have been having trouble getting it to recognize that my phone is on it unless I take the case off.

Wanted to avoid the typical damage to charging port that happens after time, so was excited to use this. It didn't charge effectively, sometimes failing to charge even though after one time of this happening, I was careful to check that it had a connection at first.left me with an unchanged phone 2 mornings and the heat output from the connection made me nervous. Returned it. Hope they wI'll improve the science behindo this, for future models.

It is mostly a gimmick. The charger that came with s8 charges WAY faster. Plus, you can't really use your phone while it charges. I just see it as a solution to an imaginary problem.

I have always wanted a wireless charger, but it seems as though everytime I put the phone on the charger, I have to re-adjust it many times for it to charge. Not happy

gave this to my son for christmas. It does not charge well takes forever to charge. he is very unhappy with it he has a samsung s7 so should work like a charm. very disapointed

My phone has a cover and I always sped a lot of time trying to figure how to put my phone in the right position to get charged!! I don't want to have to take out my cover every night!!

I was so excited to charge wirelessly and not have to worry about damaging the port for charging as I use my phone for business and traveling. Have Otter box and set my phone on the charger and it starts to charge once I get the phone battery and charger aligned. Works for 30-60 seconds and then disconnects charging. I've only got it yo actually charge my phone 3 times in 4 weeks .taking it back today. Totally useless.

I thought it would be cool to just be able to set my phone on this charging pad instead of having to plug it in. Well, I have to remove my phone from its case in order for the charger to work. I have also had times where the phone didn't charge at all because I guess you have to make sure the phone is on the pad in a specific area. Also, it doesn't seem to charge as quickly as if I just plug my phone in the traditional way.

The website said it was compatable with my phone and it wasn't. It was free though so I can't complain too much. I gave it to my dad because it worked with his phone.

I don't use the Fast Charger very much, even though I got it as a piece of a bundle when I purchased my phone. I think it's not as bulky to just charge the phone with the USB cord.

No matter if I've charged it and it is completely charged, it does not work as a wireless portable charger. The convenience of the idea was nice, but sadly I am disappointed.

I have tried numerous failed attempts at charging my phone. Consequently, after repeatedly trying every which way to place my phone on the "magical" charging spot, confidently I can officially state..."there is absolutely No "magical" or any other ways to successfully utilize this for charging. In conclusion, waste of time and money. Furthermore, I don't recomend anyone in the future from purchasing this item.

I suspect Best Buy had recently reduced the price on this charger, perhaps because it had been returned. It sometimes works great, but is not dependable all the time.

Worked great for about a week. Started blinking blue and won't charger. I done all the troubleshooting available and will be returning.

This states it's a "fast charge" wireless charger - made by the same company that made the phone - yet it will NOT fast charge my Galaxy S8+ (nor will it charge any other Galaxy Sx phone that we've tried - and we've tried 6 of them). The phone fast charges just fine when plugged into the wall with the supplied charger, and this device will charge wirelessly - just not FAST charge wirelessly as advertiesed.

I've had the wireless charger less than 24hrs,and im ready to return already! After placing on the charger for 10min with my Hotspot on it charged 3%. Same test with a cord 6%...
