Short time using this and it's okay. Not a fast changer like the one that comes with the phone. Will continue to use to see how long it lasts.

Hello, I did not have a good experience with wireless chargers. Had to return it twice to get one that worked and maybe it's me, but I dont recomend it.

I am displeased with the performance of the Samsung - Fast Charge Wireless Charger. I put my phone on the charger at around 10pm one night, with battery life at 46%. I awoke to find the phone had not charged completely, it was at 32%. I checked to ensure the chord was inserted completely and it was. My entire family have used the Fast Charge Wireless Charger and the results were the same, slow to charge.

Does not work with otterbox case, tried many different ways and options. Took out of case and it worked, but was very touchy and very slow charging, even though it said fast charge

It was no faster at charging my phone than my old charging pad. I compared it side by side with my old one and, even though it said it was fast charging, the time was the same. The Samsung rep at the store tried his phone and the phone would charge at the same rate as the slow charging pad. Also had problems with it not charging at all. I placed it down and after about 10 seconds it would start to blink.

Not happy with this charger st all. Have to place the phone on it over and over to get it to work then if it dont work. I have to turn the phone off so it can work

Purchased this fast charger with bonus points from bestbuy, it doesn't seem to work on my new S 9 plus but it works great on my boyfriend's older galaxy phone

My regular charger that came with the actual phone is faster than the wireless. Best Buy price matched with Amazon. At least I'm not overpaying for something I'm rarely using.

I'm used to charging with An Incipio ghost 110 15w charging base. This one seems like the hardware is better it's more straight forward but it is slow

I bought this wireless charger for my S8. It is nowhere near as fast as plugging it in and it doesn't work at all if you have a case on the phone. I'm disappointed.

I bought this one thinking that will charge the phone quick but not only charges super slow, gets hot very quickly.

The product does eventually work, but only after placing & replacing the phone on the charger multiple times before it will acknowledge the presence of the phone. It was supposed to be a time saver, but it's just as easy to just plug it in to the regular charger and forget about this piece of junk.

It's convenient but it chargers a bit slower than the actual travel charger that comes with the phone. Just my experience it might have been the charger and the phone battery

You have to set the phone perfectly centered and then it only charges for about 15 minutes then stops!

Sorry but this device did not charge my phone on a regular basis, very frustrating so had to go back to a hard connection to charge

I found that wirelessly charging actually takes more time than plugging it in. Also, this device would be more handy if it didn't have to be plugged in for it to charge.

I have a generic wireless charger that I also bought from Best Buy. It is much better and quicker then the Samsung. Do not buy this.

Worked off and on for a couple months then not at all. You would see the light think its working, then come back and it never fully charged.

Even it is mentioned as 9w fast charging, taking 1 hr more time to full charge than 9w charger connected. So it is not recommended to use.

it dont work every time like it should, ive had it not charge then sometimes it will start to charge then it wont charge at all. worst samsung device ive ever owned.
