I never received my wireless rapid charger as promised. I am a little disappointed. Out of all the things I was promised this was the product I needed and wanted most.

Just set on & go white is a nice color and it light up you can’t use thirty five words to to say it nice to have.

well the guy at best buy said it will work thru my otterbox. but i have to keep messing with it for about 15 min. to sometimes get it to charge. i am taking it back.

It’s does work as advertised. Placement of the phone is tricky & wont charge often. Try your luck.

My husband thought he was getting a pad you charge then take with u to charge your phone wirelessly. U have to have this item plugged in to charge your phone.

Yes it looks cool. Yes its a convenience to having to just place your device on top of the pad and it charges. BUT WAIT~! First: you cant just drop the phone on top. It has to be somewhat centered for it to start charging. So that sucks right there. Second: Fast Charge huh? I don't think so. At 10% it says it will be fully charged in 2 HOURS AND 11 MINUTES. ok.... NOT WORTH FOR THE PRICE I PAID.

I loved this when I first got it, but after a couple weeks it started not charging my phone. The light would flash blue and only charge my phone to 99%.

Bought as a gift for boyfriend's galaxy s5. Unfortunately it's not compatible and his heavy duty very necessary protective cover doesn't help. Sorry to say didn't work for us. Make sure compatible with your specific phone prior to purchase. Returned without any problems.

This device does not charge a phone surrounded by a protective case especially with a PopSocket on it. Also no faster than a plug in fast charger.

Its not fast charging, from the original charger it takes an 1 hour to completely charge and with the wireless pad it takes 2 hours.

It turns off if my phone is open, and an ad is running,so I have to clear everything or turn it off, I have to sit it just right or it will not turn on,

The basic idea of the charger is great. It does the job I wanted it to do ... BUT ...if you haves case in the phone ... SAD TO SAY ... it does not work!

Well, I gave it a 4/5 before, but now giving it a 1 star. Just surprising that the micro usb connector is so flimsy. Have disconnected chi charger from chord about 10 times, but now it won't even work unless I play with the chord multiple times. Very disappointed that it is so brittle and can't exchange it now.

Was looking for charging chord and was sold by associate that wureless charger would work with my otter box. Took home and does not work at all in case

The changer does not charge well when the phone has an otter case. I bought a cheap wireless charger and that seems to work better with the same case.

It didnt charge in a full night charge. After 8 hours of charging phone was at 73%. I put it on my old charger and it was charged in 30 minutes. I returned it.

I used the Samsung's, limited addition's phone charger for about a week. I was not impressed, and it did not make any difference on how fast it charged my phone. I found it annoying that you had to take it out of the phone cover, in order for it to charge properly.

I dont like how you have to have to charge the base while charging the phone . You are better off charging your actual phone instead.not a good on the go gadget

I purchased this because the label claimed it to do be a fast charger... It's not by any means a fast charger but it does eventually charge the phone

It charges the phone EXTREMELY slow, and after a month of use laying it on the charger didn't work anymore, I had to keep tapping it on the charger for the charger to recognize the phone. Now it doesn't recognize it at all no matter how much tapping/banging I do with it. Long story short I stopped using the charger all together within 2.5 months of owning it.
