Item charged my phone Samsung S9+ however it went really slow. It was much faster using the regular cord. I ended up returning the item.

I like the idea of the charger but foud I need to remove the case from phone to charge so it actually takes more time and effort to use.

A friend recommend this item to me. I set it up as directed and it doesn't charge fast . Takes two or more hrs to charge which is not fast to me.

it doesn't charge if you have a thick phone case. only works with phone case off and angled just right.

My iPhone overheated after being on this charger overnight. I was unable to even power it down.

The loud fan makes it terrible to sleep. I put it in a different part of the house because of that. The black one is better.

This charges at regular speed. Apparently, you have to get a special fast charging wire to go with it. Calling this a 'Fast Charge' is very misleading. Plus, you can't move the phone around or use it while it still charges, like you can on a wire. Very inconvenient, so sorry I bought this.

it works but it is not all that great .I would not recommend it there are better products that do the same thing.

This works pretty good unless you have something other than just a style case on your device. Will not charge through a protective case.

I had this charger for about a week. And each time I went to use it I would always go back to get my phone to find it wasn't charged.

Was warned before i bought it. But i thought mine would be ok. Very slow charger and will not fully charge my S7 edge or my S9+

Suppose to be wireless and is not. Has to be plugged in. Tskes tooong for phone to charge.

it is Hard to get the wireless charge to recognize the phone . it takes about 4 times and some times it starts than stops 5 min. later

This was not as stupendous as the salesgirl said it would be. Never really knew if it was charging or not and it was not superfast as she said.

Maybe mine has a manufacture defect but it hardly ever picks up my phone sitting on it. I just bought 2 weeks ago. Not my favorite purchase.

I didn't know it was too loud. I actually have it as an alternate charger and far away from my room. The light is also very bright. The black one that they have makes less noise. Sometimes stops when you charge it so you just have to move it around and find the best position in order to keep charging. You either move the cable or the phone.

Love the fact I can just lay my phone on the charger.......but the one I received doesn't charge fast AT ALL, sometimes it drains my battery.

It has to be placed precisely or you are wasting your time. The whole place and rapid charge is b.s

I purchased this charger hoping it would charge my phone fast however the charger takes longer than the wire charger.

Why is this called wireless when it has to be plugged in. It heats up the phone and does nothing different than a wall charger. Keep your money
