I didn't investigate this product prior to purchasing. Figured wouldn't need to have phone to lay on pad. Wireless charging.

The device is ok, it doesn't seem to charge fast at all. I bought one to have at work for significantly less and it does just as good as this one.

I returned the product the charger was super hot all the time and was afraid to burned my battery.

Was super disappointed that this was still the same old model as before. Still a slower charge than plugging into the wall.

Did not work with my newer cell model. Got the attachment for it and it still did not work. Junk!

First problem seemed to be that I had to take my Galaxy S7 out of the Otter Box. Then, after 50 minutes, it only added 9% to the battery :(

Because I have a tough case the wireless charging is hit and miss. The p hone must be in a very precise placement on charger to eork.

My phone would not charge, switched the wall plug for the one that came with my phone and started working right away.

Saw reviews saying it worked with Otterbox Defender case and it doesn't for me. I'm not going to take it out of case each time to charge. Makes connection after moving around on charger, but loses connection shortly after and doesn't charge. Not only that it doesn't have a usb c, so you can't even use cord. What a waste.

Bought it because it's a neat idea but i find i don't use it much i guess if my charger port ever malfunctioned itd be useful

My phone does "fast charge" but when on charger it only says charging. Does not fast charge but does charge. Disappointing.

Product stated that I would charge your phone fast. I haven't had that happen yet. It take the same or long then with the sub cord.

It worked for the first night but the next day wouldn’t charge. Had to go and return it and buy another more expensive one

This product was a gift for my customer loyalty. I was SUPER excited. I really wanted a wireless charger. It worked for a week, then stopped working. It paused charging a minute or less after I put it on the stand. I found it out one morning when I left it to charge overnight, and it was without power completely.

It would do an initial charge to 100% but then discharge the phone. So if we would charge over night it would have less % of a charge in the morning than we started with. I did return the first charger for a new replacement. My wife and son also bought new phones when I did and each of theirs experience the same result with charger

I'm not sure if it's just my device but the charging time is way too slow, should not be advertised as fast charging.

was told would also work with the I phone 8 plus it is super slow you are much better off buying a lightening fast charging cord

It takes a long time to charge the phone and it is rare that it will bring it up to 100%. Would not recommend for the price.

This item is very slow, it takes way longer to charge my phone with this than the actual cord...I use the usb cord instead. You get what you pay for maybe the expensive ones actually does as it states but definitely not this one.

Spent the money to get only slight improvement. I should have read more cuz I thought it was a significant improvement in charge time
