Not what I expected I have iPhone XS Max it does charge my phone just not fast great for charging while u are asleep

I returned charger. Was disappointed. Charges very slow. Had to wait too long before completely charged

Claims to e fast charging but my phone takes about 6 hours to charge fully with this charger. Galaxy Note 8

Great charger, when the phone is out of the case. However, it is no fun taking the phone out of the case each time I need a charge. I use the Otter Box cases and they are sometimes tough to remove, so you can imagine it being irritating. Because of the lack of charging ability through the case, I give it one star.

Honestly don’t understand this concept, there is still a wire needed to plug into the wall do not that convenient.

I have used this charger multiple times. The phone does not always connect. You have to stare at it until it makes connection.

I bought it to change my watch and it just didn't work. My watch would heat up and sometimes so did my phone.

I bought this for my Samsung Galaxy 8. It was easy to set up. I put my phone on the pad to charge it and left the room. An hour later I returned and it wasn't charging. It lost it's connection. The unit hadn't moved at all. I tried it again in another plug and same thing. If you want reliability, pick a different product.

received two of this when we bought S8 phones. One of them works fine, but the other one would only charge the phone to 89%

I got an open box one. Someone traded the cord that comes with it with their old beat up one. It didn't charge my device at all.

At first you think its super cool then you charge your phone once and your over it! definitely not worth the price of the product!

Good for friends who forgot charger, other wise wouldn't use it much. Have to take case off to charge phone.

This charger does not work as well as the stand-up version I bought last Xmas. Has trouble charging thru an otterbox case.

Only had this product for a short time. Now the platform charger (circle) no longer works. I'm back to using the USB part again.

This charger is slower than the charger that comes in the box I don't know if it's just my phone the S7 but it docent work for me

Does not work well with iphone 8 with clear plastic case. Only charges 2-3% per hour. If you don't have a case, it may charge faster. This charger only costs $25, but since it doesn't work well, I had to return it.

It takes a really long time to charge. The regular charger is better! If i could return I would!!! And it makes your phone HOT

This is so convenient and easy to operate my son really enjoys using it
