Doesn't charge properly but it's useful, not a big fan of this product.

This will not charge phone with an otter box defender case.

looks good but I don’t think the battery last long with this.

These things break constantly. They never want to charge and just blink.

Ones the outer box is on the charger will not charge the phone.

Wish I had read other reviews before buying. Mine like so many others does not work well. Only charges my phone to 80%. Will use the cord from now on.

The chargers work as advertised, even with a case on the phone. The wireless charger I purchased from Verizon would not work with the case on it. I tested my Droid Turbo 2 with a demo charger at the store, and it worked. I purchased two of these for the headboard of our bed, which positions the chargers about 6-8 inches from our heads. Discovered the first night that the "fast" version of the charger generates some heat and the Samsung incorporated a cooling fan inside the unit to dissipate the heat, which it appears to do, but it does generate a little bit of noise. I decided that since I only charge my Turbo 2 at night and the non-fast version of this charger would easily charge the phone overnight, I returned the two "fast" chargers and purchased to of the non-fast versions instead. The non-fast version doesn't generate nearly as much heat as the fast version. Just thought someone else might like to know about the fan...

I wouldn't recommend it .IV used it a few times and it don't charge fast

It works but I was somewhat disappointed in the charging speed.

at first it charge my phone so fast, after the month it takes more time

It doesn't charge if not positioned correctly. When I'm thinking its charged it's at 4% and there is just a blinking light. I still have it sitting in my car to exchange it but never made it back in time before to get my money back. Waste of money. Wouldnt recommended it.

Doesn’t work well if any of your items are in protective cases.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note and this pad is awful! I place my phone on there and it starts flash and doesn't charge. It normally requires me to move the phone at least 5 times to get it to stay charging. After that it normally starts flashing again.

Charger only charges for a minute or two then stops if you have a case on your phone, then you have to keep readjusting your phone on it for it to register it's there. I have the OtterBox commuter case so if you have this case don't buy this charger!

Product was defective and had to be returned within the first week. The replacement unit seems to be working ok so far. Somewhat undependable as sometimes it will only charge if the cover is taken off the phone.

Will not retain charging condition for charging period

So I got it and it works. Slowly. I tried it without my phones protective case. Nope. It keeps it charged but does not charge it. I don't know why I just didn't bring it back.
