Ok so the staff sold this to me with the fact it would work with our phones. We had to take the case off the new phone. Tht was a pain. And my other phone did not charge at all. We return it

I bought two since ive had one for about a year and it works fine. HOWEVER...These two only blink blue and drain my phone. Junk! I have to remove the case to charge my phone, this defeats the purpose. Come on Samsung!

Doesn't charge to well, I had to mess with it a few times in order for it to charge my phone. It doesn't do too well charging. I do not recommend buying this product. I do not have the boxes or else I'd return them

This would not work on my Samsung S10+ phone. I would set it on the charger and the blue light would blink and it said charging paused. Had to return it.

Sorry I made this purchase. I got new Samsung phone and wanted a fast charger. Thought Samsung for Samsung was the way to go. Wrong - will not charge unless the phone is turned completely off. Not a quality product.

My phone wouldn't connect very well to it and the light would continuously blink at night when the connection was poor. It was more of a pain then just plugging in a cord. I returned to the store.

It didn't charge like I thought. I thought it was wireless where you charge the pad and then it would charge your device. But the pad needs to be plugged in and you lay your device on it. that's a waste.just plug in the device and go on.

Was highly disappointed to find out these are the older models which don't work well with newer phones. You must constantly take the phone on/off for some reason bc you'll get the blue blinking light of death.

Well there is a green light which indicates the mobile is charging but for me it always i guess blie light and it will not charge. I any ways have returned the product. I was trying s9 in this Hope this helps

The salesman told me the device should work through an otterbox, but it didn't charge my galaxy S8. When you put the phone with the otterbox on the charger, it looks like it wants to charge, but then loses connection.

This charger worked great. ..until it didn't. After a couple weeks, it would charge for a few seconds and then stop. Read other online reviewers--apparently this is a hardware problem and can't be fixed. Complete waste of money.

I have a Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and a regular edge. Will only fast charge my Edge Plus for 5 minutes and stop. My regular edge it will not fast charge on the pad at all. Very disappointed. Unplugged pad and ended up using cable.

This charger is horrible. It takes FOREVER to charge my phone! At first, I thought I must be doing something wrong, so I checked the instructions. (I mean, how difficult could it be?) Not a happy owner but stuck with it.

Cannot charge with phone cover on...so basically worthless. Tossed in the junk drawer after it sat on my counter for a week since i did not want to undress my phone every time i charged it.

I have ordered the same thing and see if it works..previous one was faulty. Won't turn green from blue. And phone has to at certain spot in the middle or something. Wasn't expecting from samsung.

This wireless charger cycles on and off every minute or so which is aggravating at night when your trying to fall asleep and It won’t charge while doing that. I unplugged it and went back to the wire

You know those cases you use to protect the phone? Well the wireless charger won't charge the phone when the case is on the phone. Of course no one tells you that, even when i asked the sales lady if it would.

I failed to verify that the device was compatible with my new Samsung GalaxyJ7 cell phone. The device will work if used with an adapter, which defeats the purpose of the wireless charger.

Said for Samsung phones but did not work on my Samsung 8. I didn't get a chance to take it back because I lost my receipt but it was not worth the money if its not going to charge a brand new galaxy 8.

If it's not placed in the right spot it doesn't charge. Several times I would place it on there and it would begin to charge and then stop. I would get up the next morning and it would not be charged.
