For my Galaxy S7, if I don't have my positioned just right, the phone won't charge, even thought the screen says that it is charging. When it does charge, to me it seems as if it loses it charge fast.

Initially I liked this product, it's very handy and make charging very smoother and fast. But after 1 year of use, it suddenly stopped working. Not a quality I expected from Samsung.

Used 1 time it worked fine now it won't charge my phone at all. Junk don't waste your money on this product.

Did not know how to use. No instructions. Not fast charging and have to take off my otterbox to use it. Which takes time and is a pain to do this. I dont like it and dont use it. A waste of money.

Not worth it. Charges very slow. If you have an otter box case on it you have to take it out of the case because it won’t charge through the case which is annoying. Really not worth it.

The Samsung Fast Charge Wireless Charger works great on my iPhone X with a Spigen wallet case. The charger has a nice rubbery grip circumference, which keeps my phone in place on the charger. There's a blue light on the charger, which lets you know the phone is being charged. The light is not intrusive when I'm getting my sleep at night. Finally, the charger comes with cable and power adapter, which many chargers at this price point seem to lack.

It came with the phone as part of a promo. Glad I didn't actually buy it! Oftentimes if not most of the time it errs and starts flashing -- come back to find it didn't charge the phone at all.

i ended up taking this charger back after day 2. The phone would not completely charge. It was be on the charger all night and when waking up in the morning it was only 35-40% charged

Was excited to get this charger. Plugged it in and tossed my s9 on it. It will start to charge and then just stop. Bought a cheap alternative on ebay and it works like it should.

It frequently requires me to place my phone on the pad several times before it starts charging. Doesn't charge as fast as expected, comparable to my after-market non-quick-charge wireless charger.

The charger doesn't work more than half the times I try to use it. The phone will start to charge only to stop after 10 seconds. Phone doesn't have the issue on any other wireless charger.

I have my Note 8 in an Otterbox Defender case. This product does not work well while the phone is in this case. It's just as easy to plug power adapter directly into phone.

i really really dislike this charger. sure it says wireless but the charger itself is a thick cord and if you dont have it directly lined up on the pad it will not charge

This stopped working after 3 weeks, on my samsung galaxy s8+. I tried to return it but best buy said I could only return it within 2 weeks. Im stuck with it and it doesnt work.

I read the reviews and many said it was compatible with iPhone when it is not it was a waste of my money and very disappointing but that’s what I get for reading reviews.

I bought this item and it’s not charging my phone it work like for two days and it have not been working since then thinking to take back to the store.

I purchased this believing it would actually do what it said. However, my phone actually charges faster hooked up to my computer. Truly disappointed in this device. Don't waste your money.

This charger did not work well with the new Samsung S8 or S8+. It was slow and sometimes not worked. Took back and exchanged for a fast charging plug in cord that works awesome.

I regret buying this item.. If you have a phone cover in your phone as the majority of us. It won't charge!!! I need to get the cover off.. and that's not very convenient

Bought this with the intention that it would charge my Samsung phone quickly and was very disappointed at this product. Save your money! Don't recommend!
