This product works perfect if you take your phone out of the case every time you wanna charge. Not very practical. Returned

I returned this item after a week or so, because it would not charge my cell phone as I was informed it would on my Samsung Note 5.

Worked perfectly for the first couple of weeks, but it started not charging my phone (Galaxy s8 plus). So I returned it and got the wireless charge that released with the S8.

We are returning both if these as they don't charge with otterbox case on them and when you have a thin case on it, it's very touchy where to put for it to work

This product does not work. It kept losing the connection with my phone. I returned it and went with a traditional and reliable wire charger.

I'll put my phone on the charger, it will say fast charging, then I'll check it later and it won't have charged at all. Don't waste your money.

must be just above the battery put carefully in the correct place if not , forget it , does work sometimes I do not realize that it is not charging and I am without battery ,

Did not work with my Samsung phone. Took it best buy for help. They tried and still no luck. Refused to take it back. So very very unhappy

Unfortunately, this wasn't too good with my iPhone. Tried it with the case on and without and still it was soooo slooooow.

I have tried every YouTube fix but this thing will not charge my phone at all. I have a galaxy s8. I've heard I'd others having success, i have not.

Bought this used it for 2-3 days very disappointed. The phone never charged all the way and it took almost all day to charge. Item was returned.

Does not work with my new j7 even though I was assured it is compatible. Back to the drawing board. Do not rely on their advice or reviews.

This item only worked when I took the case off, and even then it was finicky. Don't buy with an OTTER Box case. Too much trouble to take off to charge. Use the cord!

Giving this a one star because I had originally purchased to use with my Google Pixel 3. It takes hours to charge!

The lights are on all the time so at night it is impossible to have it in the room. It is very slow to charge. Not pleased with the purchase at all.

This charger stop working two and a half months after purchase. Best Buy refused an exchange, and told me I would have to contact Samsung directly.
