I did something to my phone and the charging port stopped working. After buying this charger I have not only saved on buying a new phone but it works great without any complications.

Like the new wireless charging technology built into the charger and Samsung S7 phone. Simple to use, but took about two hours to charge.

My experience with the Samsung Wireless Charger has been rocky. At first my Charger wouldn't charge, after a few days it randomly started to work. I charged my pad for a few days, to make sure it was all ready to go. I sat my phone on the pad only for it not to work. I had to take off my phone case and set it on the pad naked. This does not work for me. I have siblings and pets who run around this house like crazy. I cannot risk my S9 to be knocked off a counter. Another Con, this pad is not a fast charger. It takes several hours to charge up my phone. Sometimes my pad does before it's done charging. Overall this device was okay, if I was at my friend's house or something, just hanging out and needed a quick charge. Then this would be okay for that, but I don't see this pad replacing my charger any time soon.

Love this product! Still mind boggles me how it works but very cool. I only wish it was faster. My new s7 takes longer than my s5.

Bought this product to use with my Note 5 and i was inpressed but wish it would have worked better with my otterbox defender case.

i purchased 2 weeks ago and stopped working already. keep flashing lights, not charging at all. wasting money.

I found this to be much slower than plugging in. Also, it works sporadically with the Defender case.

The charger worked well when did work. Any device has to be positioned correctly on the charger for it to work. In less than a week of ownership, my charger stopped working no matter how my phone was positioned. It did not even work after it was unplugged for 15 minutes. Another Samsung plug was used and it still did not charge. Different outlets were used and that did not solve the problem. The lights would illuminate to let me know that it was receiving power but it would not charge my phone. I thought that my particular charger was defective until I learned that others have complained about this issue. Obviously there was a reason why this particular charger was discounted to nearly half the price at the time.

This is a good one to have. As u may know this does not fast charge pixel 3....

We got this free with the purchase of the edge 7. It doesn't charge has fast as a wired connection. But it is super convenient.

Great charger can be pickey so pay attention to the color on the charger and make sure phone in a case is actually charging

Performs job as needed. Only downfall is not as easy to use when charging vs using a cord.

I like the product but it charges slower than just using the fast charge cable.

I have a Samsung S7 Edge, so it is compatible with this charger. And I got this charger on sale for $30 off. So I only paid $20 for it. By the time you get done putting the phone on it just perfect so it actually charges the phone, you might as well just plug the darn cable into the phone. And if you are able to get the phone on it just so, and it's charging, sometimes it just stops charging for no reason at all. I do have to admit I have an Otter Box case on the phone, maybe that's the problem. But new it was a $700 phone, so of course I put the best case on that I could. So with the case that I have on the phone, can I just throw the phone on this thing and charge it? NO! You have to fiddle with it! If you have a completely naked phone, maybe it works good???

Works great. Make sure you don't have a big Otterbox case or it won't work. Works with Lifeproof cases

I though this was going to be a great charger. Unfortunatley, it has issues. I have to put my S7 perfectly centered over this or it won't charge. Sometimes after it starts charging, it will randomly stop without warning and a light will start flashing. I've awoke twice in the 2 weeks I've had it to a dead battery due to this. It also never stops charging when the battery is full, making my battery extremely hot if left overnight. I turned off fast charging in my phone's settings. While not as bad, it still leaves my battery hot in the morning. Maybe I've got a bad unit. I'll exchange it, but will not recommend this if the new one does the same.

...perhaps I just got a defective one but this has been a big disappointment. I often have to jiggle the connection to make it work at all. When it does work, it doesn't fast charge I can pull the cable out of the charger and plug it directly into the phone and it does fast charge. While it's charging even without touching it, it will periodically lose contact with the phone. The screen will come on for a few seconds, then it will reconnect. I'm using this device on my desk at home but got a generic one for half the price for my office and it works better. When I got it I figured nothing can go wrong with a charger so I threw away the receipt and packaging. Otherwise I'd return it.

I bought 3 of these for myself and 2 of my kids. My thought was that they would be a convenience. Instead, my life has turned into spending 20 minutes attempting to get my phone to charge and then waiting a minute or 2 to see if it continues to charge. There is no rhyme or reason to how you place the phone on this unit, it just randomly decides if it wants to charge. Certainly does not make life easier.
