You really need to set your phone on the charging pad JUST RIGHT to get it to charge AND you have to remove your case (if any) to allow it to charge. It gets really annoying when it beeps to signal that it is charging and then seconds later the blue light on the charging pad begins flashing, meaning that the phone isn't charging anymore. You will get frustrated using this product.

Very versitile charging method thats coveniant for both charging and computing on phone. Con - need a wireless compatable case to get a consistant charge.

Worked great for about 3 weeks, even through an otterbox case. Suddenly began to stop charging after about a minute or two. Tried switching cables and adapters. Tried setting to daydream and nothing worked. Sucks, returned.

I just got a s9 plus and was excited about finally having a phone that supports wireless charging. I picked this up on sale and plugged it in. The first thing that I noticed when I put my phone down is that it is actually slower than if I were to use my cable. I figured that that may be the case due to it being wireless. My biggest problem is the fact that the charger mostly (I don't want to say always as it works immediately say 3 out of 10 times) pauses charging within 30 seconds to 1 minute of charging. I have to lift my phone off, wait for the light to stop blinking, then put the phone down and wait to see if it pauses again. If its stable for 2 minutes then it's fine. With it being a Samsung product, I would have expected better quality.

It doesn't fast charger it's a slow charge the wireless part is cool but that's it.

I read the reviews and decided to buy one. I have a 7 Edge. I would like to know how reviewers get it to charge fast. My phone says it's fast charging when it's on the pad but I have never heard a fan & no fast charge. After 2 hours it had only charged 10-20%. Left it on overnight and still was not even 50% charged the next morning. Tried it at work - same slow, slow results. Bought a 2nd one to try with same results. Yes, the blue light comes on and stays blue the whole time. Phone lays in the middle of the pad. Returned the 2nd one but the first one was free to me from the store because of some issues exchanging Note 7 to 7 Edge so can't get a refund but worthless to me. Would not recommend and definitely will not buy another.

The wireless charging pad is nice but I would highly recommend the stand instead since you can see your screen.

It's nice looking but doesn't charge as fast as when you plug in the regular USB....charges very slow.

Honestly, I wish I could return this when I had the chance back in April of this year. I bought other wireless charging pads on Amazon and they work fine. This one is suppose to be a quick charge and takes forever to charge. At times, it even loses connection with the phone (w/ or w/o case). Its terrible. To bad I'm stuck with this product now.

It is convenient but does not charge a huge selection of phones. I have the s6 and it didnt work

Purchased 3 of these. They last only a few months and then fail. Also, phone must be centered perfectly to charge. Flat models charge much better. These are not a good value and would not recommend

Doesn't always connect device. Really have to work with it.

The first was dud, so husband brought it back & purchased another one which worked well at first. But it doesn't charge very fast & performs inconsistently at best. The second one is packaged up to be returned this weekend. I WON'T BE GETTING ANOTHER1
