This charger is very picky about phone alignment....if your phone isn't positioned perfectly it will not charge. I picked up a generic brand charger from a different store (bullseye) and it is much moree reliable.

This product did not work for us. Dont know why, just never charged any of or devices.

Had another "Fast Charge" charger that lasted about a month before it stopped "fast" charging. This one never started. Just charges regularly. If I plug it into the USB cable it will. Put it in the cradle on the same charger... nothing, just regular wireless charging. Maybe it doesn't work with the S6 active. Perhaps they should say it's incompatible before someone else spends money on something that doesn't work...

I have the stand up version of this by samsung. With in 5 days after buying charger. I get message "Wireless Charging Paused" after 10 seconds after i put my note 5 to charge. Apparently its a common issue with these chargers particular to samsung brand. When you talk to samsung, they act unaware of this issue. Most people recommend going with a third party wireless chargers.

Stops charging after a few minutes and turns two blue flashing lights. Send it back to Samsung and they sent me another one, which flashes blue right at the beginning. At least the old one took a little while before I did that and paused. I just wasted money on this piece of junk. I only use the fast charger cord now instead of the fast charger.

This charger is very frustrating. On both my Samsung Galaxy S8 and my wife's Samsung Galaxy S9+ we keep receiving an error, "Wireless Charging Paused" and there is a blue flashing light. You have to take the phone off the charger and wait a few seconds and try again, hoping it will work next time. Usually it takes several tries before it will charge continuously. We are definitely returning this.

I bought this for myself for Christmas because I am tired of having the charger port become wiggly. I opened it and plugged it in. I left my phone on it at bedtime and my phone was completely dead. I have since tried to use it on multiple occasions, but I just get annoyed because it does NOT work. case or no case, nothing! Junk! I need to find the receipt.

Never trust anyone who claims that this is a fast-charger! Although this is a 2A charger, it charges super slow. Used this charger only for 1 week, and had it in the drawer since then

It Simply will not charge the phone while the power is on, the LED just blinks. Charges normally when the power is off, but I would hardly call it a "fast charge".

Was hoping that it would work with my new S7. 5 hours later still not above 50%. Just easier to plug the phone in. Waste of time and money.

They told me it would compatible with the Samsung Galaxy I had and it didn't charge it at all.

Quit working after 5 weeks. Do not recommend this product.
